There was a recall out for my washer but the serial number was off by 2 digits so whirlpool refused to do anything but these people had my washer back up and running within 30 minutes. He then "ordered" a new motor and shroud and charged me ($900+) as agreed. It is December 8th 2024 as I write this and I still do not have the new blower motor and shroud. I still have the used components installed on my air-handler. I have contacted him numerous times, he has responded with various excuses and even admitted to "having forgotten about us.", and recently has said he was in a car accident and would see about getting someone out to install. (That was over a month ago). I think I have been more than patient with this guy, I try to give small business owners the benefit of the doubt and prefer to use them if possible. Lesson learned though. Advice to new customers... go ahead and pay the bigger company. You will save money and time.
