When the torta arrived looking like a little pink ghost, I laughed at the presentation of the deli ham covering the bread, but it was very good in the context of of the plate. But the demeanor of some of the staff and handling of the customer orders I observed was less than pleasant. I'm sure it was because they were overwhelmed and stressed and not because of any customer's personal characteristics. At any rate, I would hope that the staff would be trained in better hospitality practices. Saying "I'm happy to help the next guest!" raying than saying "Next" with an annoyed frown would certainly be a better approach.
