From the very start of beginning the process of finding the right AC system, Emmanuel was extremely responsive to all texts and messages, at basically all times of the day. I had a million inane questions and concerns; he answered all of them. We narrowed the list to three 5-ton options. The most expensive one was of my choosing, an American Standard unit, and the other two were a Rheem and a GrandAire (which I hadn't heard of before, it's a subsidiary of Carrier). He recommended strongly that I go with the cheapest one, the GrandAire. He was absolutely correct! It saved thousands of dollars, and it works extremely well. He added a new Nest thermostat, as well. I couldn't be happier. The [minimum 2-year] warranty that he backs up his work with has to be one of the best. If you're in the market for any HVAC work, do not hesitate to hit up Emmanuel and Island Breeze Air.

Generally speaking, Good Air is a provider of excellent service depending with whom you are dealing…read moreat the company. We bought our 2 units from them 3 years ago and Roger assisted us. Roger is well versed, honest and reliable. One of the units burned out recently and Roger helped get us a new unit (the old one was a fluke and had a bad harness and electrical issues). Warranty covered it and Roger made sure all went well which we truly appreciate. Our issue with Good Air is the nasty attitude and obnoxious customer service from Joy the Service Manager. She is impossible to deal with. We had an outstanding bill from February which we disputed and they never billed us again. When it came time for this new service call, she held the service hostage (which was dangerous since the unit had sparking). We reluctantly paid it and the unit got replaced. It took 3 phone calls to speak with Roger to discuss what actually happened. She probably did not give him my messages. I have asked 3 times to speak to the owner - no call back. I have emailed the Gm, Ms. Khan 3x - again ignored. Maria and Diana are kind and competent as is Roger. The owners could care less. Good equipment and service once Joy allows a rep to come out. Look at other companies before you have to deal with Joy. She enjoys her power and aggravating customers.
