I spoke to a nice guy who actually took my information and cc number and told me someone would call me to set up the appt. No one ever called me back and after calling them like 2 times and leaving messages someone called me back and told me I'd be put on a list (1-2 wks away) because they were very busy. I decided to try another company because I needed an elevation report kinda quick so I can finally get my CO to close. By the time they called me back not only did I find another company I had already did my survey/elevation. My experience with Ibarra was not good, the initial interaction starts well but no follow through. Ibarra has to work on improving their customer service.
