The key at this place is the people, starting with superstar Miriam and Bianca up front, Danielle, James, Thomas, Katrina... it is a caring but also fun and non-phony environment to do PT. Make sure you ask questions when you have them, and you will get an answer. They are not infrequently busy like every place in town, but if it's the right fit you will feel like a member of the family here. Sadly my insurance has dried up so for now cannot continue, hope to resume soon as i was making headway. They also have shockwave therapy and ultrasound. read more

I have never felt so welcome and cared for like I did at Suarez physical therapy. The staff is so fun and uplifting. They work as a team and play like a family. When I would come, I would get such a warm greeting that it made me want to go into therapy. (Front desk staff that I constantly saw and made me feel welcome Guadalupe, Lilah) Once I started therapy, I was in quite a bit of pain. The staff (Liz and Maria were my regular therapists, but everyone who filled in during the time was great, too) took their time to listen to my needs and my pain and help me along my recovery. Even though a lot of my journey I was in pain, I would giggle and smile with the staff because of their fun energy. This place is like no other, and I would/ will be sending any of my friends and family to this location if they ever need a physical therapist. read more

I had left shoulder surgery in May 2022. My surgery was completed by desert orthopedic center going through the VA. After the surgery was complete, successfully I might add. I did end up going to this location for my physical therapy for my left shoulder surgery. Everything went through without a hitch. It is now March of 2024, I did just have right shoulder surgery again with desert orthopedic center using VA. I did just go to my first PT appointment at the same location yesterday. My first appointment was an evaluation to find out where I was with my rehab. I anticipate that everything will go as smoothly as it did almost 2 years ago. The girl that did my evaluation does remember me, and I did remember her, but I don't remember her name, but everything seemed to be just fine when I went there. read more

I went here looking for help with a unique issue that I had. I did my assessment and felt good about. thinking I'd be working with that therapist, and then continuing to asses and try and figure out what was wrong. it turned out I'd be working with someone who was only looking at instructions on a lap top. which I knew wasn't going to work. plus the exercises they had me do only made me worse and hurt me. I tried to voice my concerns but was talked to very PATRONISINGLY on a number of occasions. I was talked down to like I was an idiot and was my issues were not heard at all. this place made me much worse than when I first walked through the door. I would never even consider sending anyone here. I had an absolutely terrible experience that cost me a lot of money. please don't go here if you care about getting better. read more

My brother in law had bypass surgery and needed PT, I called on a Wednesday to get started and sent them all the insurance information, I called Thursday for them to inform me he the prescription was not signed ( not their fault) sent it back out Thursday and they said the would call. Called Friday they said it was with billing and they would call as soon they are ready to start. Called Monday still in billing and the lady said she would call billing and get back to me. Called Tuesday still in billing. Later Tuesday called a therapist that is farther away because my brother in law needs to have this started and other therapist took the information and verified his his insurance while I was on the phone and made an appointment. This is now Wednesday and I have still not heard from this office. I was really wanting this office for two reasons, one, the reviews are good and secondly it is way closer to our home, although apparently....... read more
