Sadly, she chose to berate and humiliate me even further when I tried to make another appointment with her. I'm not a master colorist but I'm sure that this isn't what a bayalage looked like. 4 months later, I give the same person another try saying I wanted to keep the Bayalage but go lighter for spring, knowing that very dark hair needs a traditional period to get to a honey blonde color. Again I leave the salon with ALL of my hair bleached... there's no other color for depth or anything. At a loss I just let my hair grow out for probably a year before I found Elissa (loft #21), who gave me exactly what I wanted and needed. I finally have my hair color to fit my Fall/winter mood until next Spring. She listens to your wants and has the skills to give you what you expect for hair goals. Her loft is also decorated with all the charm you'd want to see so you can get into your "hair spa" mood. I am only sad that I now have to move out of state, after finding a great colorist/stylist.
