Uneak Boutique is one of the BADDEST boutiques in the RDU area when it comes to women's fashion. Check out Uneak. UB is located off of Capital Blvd... i know you are thinking whoa where... I've never seen this. Well its nicely tucked away in a shopping center next to Pep Boys. There is free parking out front that lands you right at the front door. The shop is always super clean and well stocked. The ambiance is 'grown and sexy'. The customer service is always super sweet. There is always someone nice greeting you when you walk in. I normally purchase heels for my wife here. The prices are always on POINT! I'm talking unbelievable prices - you'll be questioning yourself lol. My favorite part about this place is the products that UB offers. I feel that the owner (Ty - super nice young lady) purchases in quantities small enough where you don't have to worry about running into anyone else in the city rocking the same outfit - well that is why you shop at small Boutiques right? The younger associate greeted people who walked in and asked a customer if they needed anything. She proceeds to steam an item right near where I'm browsing...crickets. I'm still browsing, walked to the back then the older associate walks back to the back register and says let us know if you need anything and I say thank you for finally acknowledging me after 15 minutes. I don't like associates to be too aggressive but I think ensuring you acknowledge everyone that walks in the door is important. I could see if it was Dillards but your store is small enough to see all who enter. I didn't like the vibe so I won't return.

The employee scream at the guy because he had naked mannequins on the aisle . Her communication was to yell at him. Not very professional . Ok shout out to the disgruntled old ladies at this store. This place is such a gem but the workers will not let your shop at all. They walk over you to put merchandise up and follow you around the store like pests. As a customer it does not feel good to be harassed while shopping with your children . I always stop at any of the locations when I see them because it's such a gem for a great mix of clothing for everyone. But please someone get in contact with the district manager and explain to them better techniques on doing surveillance. It just did not feel good. I hate this location and probably will never recommend to my friends or family or come back. The craziest thing about the this situation was I still spent great money with the company.
