I got a call from Royce informing me that due to…read morethe custom black valve stem cover he would not be able to do the repair because the valve stem cover was too long, preventing him from filling my tire back up with air. Jason, Royce and I worked together on the phone to determine a solution and they recommended that they change the valve stem cover so that they can complete the repair. The level of service and professionalism I received from Jason and Royce was EXCEPTIONAL. Every time I have brought in our vehicles for new tires or a tire repair the level of service is always excellent. We called TeeVax, Jeff and Chris (service guys) came to the house, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part,(slit in the waterline from the fridge), came back today to replace the waterline.
