This shop honestly reminds me of walking into my grandpas workshop. There's a plethora of different sounds & people working in a beautiful chaos that results in a down to earth bike shop that always provides for the customer. They're a non profit bike shop, meaning that every bike they have for sale is a donated bike from someone in the community & 95%+ of their staff is volunteer based. You're almost always guaranteed to learn something new before you leave too. This allows them to fix & sell bikes at a reasonable price that truly anyone can afford. If you like bikes & want to meet some cool people & support an even better cause then check them out- volunteering opportunities are plentiful as well.

Their hours are incorrect online. I'll be back to update my review but I couldn't go today because they weren't open. Hours - We'd-Sun 1-5

I just bought a bike for my first year of college from here and I could not be any happier! The bike is perfect! The men who helped me get this bike were so kind and helpful. They made sure the bike fit my needs and likes. For example, they changed my handles because it was too far away for me to grab. They put in new pedals and a more comfortable seat. When i tried the bike after they finished working on it, i noticed the seat was still too tall for me and they eagerly tried to fix the problem for me. I can't wait to start using my new bike!

The seat I brought in to be replaced when I was riding my bike was loose and I almost fell! Ridiculous!

Good bike shop, interesting mix of people staffing. Sweet mechanics, some extremely rude and pushy sales people. Oh well

Wide variety of bicycles available. Also a well staffed repair department. Large selection of repair parts.

I was in market to buy a trike because I am terrible at balancing on a normal 2 wheel bike. I knew…read moreI wanted to bike, get some exercise, just work out and what better way to do it than to cycle! I found Bike Partners online as they specialize in folding bikes esp trikes!! I went downtown a few weeks ago and saw they were closed. I texted Geoffrey and found out they operate by appt only since he's a one man show. I made an appt online for 6/20. Went in and tested the Workman Trike and the low rider trike (with a seat like a beach chair). I liked the look of the Workman Trike better because I wanted the "bike" look as well as being able to sit tall. I also liked the basket in the back. This particular trike is not your normal kids trike. This one it's made by Workman which is the oldest bike manufacturer in the US since 1898. They make both industrial and recreation bikes. It's a sturdy little bike and I am very happy with it! Maybe I can work my way up to riding a 2 wheel bike one day. If not, I'm happy with this bike just to work out. I will try to find a way to fit it in the Prius. It does fold but just barely fits when closing the hatchback. We will try different positions and see if we can make it work. Otherwise, loving my new bike. I highly recommend Geoffrey at Bike Partners. He even delivered my bike the same day since I couldn't drive it home.
