I would give negative stars if I could. I am new to the area and was so excited to find a "doggy…read moreday care ". This was the second time I utilized the "day care". When I arrived to pick them up, I noticed one of my dogs eyes bleeding and my other was scratched up too. I asked if they had gotten into a scuffle with each other or what and they had no idea. The girl said it had to have been with each other because they were in a pen together (they have never injured each other like this). So they just get locked up unsupervised. I was in complete shock I just got my dogs out of there as quickly as possible. No one apologized or offered a wet paper towel to clean her eye. I am disgusted that a business can have such lack of respect for the animals in their care. I was supposed to let them groom my dogs in a few weeks but I will absolutely never take my dogs back there under any circumstance.

It was so bad that I cried on my home after picking up my dog from there. There is a tarp for a door and it is even ripped. They lie and say there is air conditioning but one step in the place and it was a sauna. Not only is it sketchy but they tell you what you are doing wrong but they criticize everything you do for your dog. Our dog got dropped off along with another dog I brought at 9 and they still wasn't done when we went to pick them up. Well fine, we will go hang with friends in town no big deal but the point was she was rude about it. Then when I came to pick my dog up again like an hour later past closing time she still wasn't done. My dog didn't get a bathe and the cut was uneven from the head.(i got my dog shaved but the head and tail and the head was so messed up) and no my dog didn't have a bath. There was poop still on him. Not to mention the other dog I brought it didn't even look like it got cut like asked to. The only thing done to the other dog was a trim around the eyes. Secondly, she called me a few days ago and said my boss just called me and told me you left a bad review. I said yes then she proceeded to tell me our dogs did have a bath which was a lie bc there was poop on his butt still. She argued with me and got rude again then hung up in my face. Finally, I was going to be nice and I went to go back on the page to find out I've been blocked. So you want the truth. Here y'all go folks!

I first saw a puppy they had for adoption listed on their website and fell in love. I called them and they told me to complete an application which I did. They did their vetting (no pun intended) and I drove me and my 2 pups to Tyler for a meet and greet with our potential adoptee. Once I arrived, I found a volunteer qho got me to another volunteer who brought our potential adoptee out to meet us. Me and my pups fell in love and we all agreed she was welcome into our family!
