We don't have a Stussy in Vegas so it's either ordering online or driving out to LA area to visit an actual store. We decided to make a day trip and check out the store! When we got here, there was about 6 people in front of us. It moved pretty fast. Once we got in, the store has many items to choose from. The people working in there were all very cheery and helpful. We walked out with a couple of bags. My daughter was the happiest person on earth...she actually said, 'Thank you, Mom!'.

I like this store and I bought so much! Employees were attentive kind and patience compared to Stussy Archive, don't go to that one! Come here instead!

What a joke.. got sucked in after seeing a couple of tiktoks. Had to stand in line for 20 minutes to be let in.. come to find out the store is about the size of my bedroom and pretty much 5 people at one time is all it can handle. Selection was poor.. pick an item and their trolls need to run in the back to fetch the right size for you and good luck if it's in stock.. lastly wanted to try out 2 shirts literally identical and one of the trolls said sorry you can't try the shirt with printed graphics. Look at the pic and you be the judge. That was pretty much our cue to take our biz elsewhere. Will not support this store or brand.

Stüssy was founded in 1980 by Shawn Stussy in Laguna Beach, California. We came to this location today around 3 PM and waited about 30 minutes just to get inside. We've always liked the brand -- it's classic streetwear -- but this spot left a lot to be desired. It's a small location, parking is tough, and unfortunately, the customer service was terrible. Right when we walked in, they told us not to touch the clothing... at a clothing store. Seriously? Part of the experience is feeling the fabric and checking out the quality. The one white guy with sunglasses was especially rude and unprofessional -- it honestly felt like he hated being there. Same vibe with the cashier: not a smile, not a greeting. It's part of the job to fold clothes back after customers browse -- no need to make people feel bad for shopping. At the end of the day, we still grabbed a hoodie and two T-shirts, but the energy inside was just dead. Total opposite of our experience at the Stüssy location in Hawaii, where the staff was friendly, welcoming, and actually seemed happy to be there. Bottom line: if you want the true Stüssy experience, skip this LA location and book the trip to Hawaii -- you'll have a way better time.

Stussy has been a popular brand amongst many and has been around since 1980 and has been a good 43 years. Many people will enjoy their designs and style. It is mainly a men's clothing line but honestly, you can still wear their shirts, shorts, and everything even as a girl! They have a variety of sizes and even though the store is small, they have other sizes in the back, just ask them. This was my first time coming to this store but I did think it was organized well. I just don't understand why they only let a few people come inside. It took us about 40 minutes to get inside because there are so many people.

Nope. Just shop online or something. Employees here suck. Every single interaction with them will make you want to put your wallet away.

Deals and steals! So delighted this consignment shop exists on the Westside. I've come across and…read morepurchased some amazing consigned men's items at this store -- Chrome Hearts hoodie, sweats, and sunglasses; Balenciaga trench coat; Rimowa luggage; Bottega Veneta & Loewe tote bags. The staff here is so welcoming and sincere, and are not afraid to strike up a warm conversation. The store is run very efficiently for consignors as well -- I've consigned many men's designer that have sold quickly here. I'd say it's easier to find nice designer womenswear. Men's designer is harder to find, but at times you'l get lucky with designer menswear.

Used to love this place but now it's more of a buyer beware situation, based on a recent…read moreexperience. I purchased two candle holders and later got a voicemail saying I owed an additional 33 cents because they'd undercharged me. Odd amount to call about, but I was out of town and didn't call back right away. The next day I answered a call (that turned out to be from them) asking for someone else entirely. Assuming the number was possibly spam, I googled the number, saw it was Trove, and then emailed them directly, saying I understood I owed 33 cents and asking for an invoice. They corrected me. I actually owed $33, not 33 cents, they couldn't send an invoice by email, and wanted me to call and give my card info over the phone instead. After everything already off with this (the wrong number call, the 33-cent voicemail, no email invoicing), I didn't feel comfortable reading my card number to someone over the phone. I offered to stop by in person instead, and asked in advance if they could have a receipt ready showing my original 33 cent charge, so I wouldn't be making the trip for nothing. I rearranged my lunch break to make this happen and showed up as planned. No receipt. They said they'd emailed it, but I'd specifically asked for a printed copy, the least they could do given this was their error to begin with. That request took several days notice and still didn't happen. Their printer was "acting up," so I got no receipt for the original charge and none for the new $33 charge, either! An error on their end turned into a special trip, wasted time on my lunch break, and still no paperwork to show for any of it. Disappointing customer service, especially when the customer is the one who has to burn their own time fixing your mistake. Edited to add, following their reply: I was never contesting the dollar amount being charged. I was happy to pay for what I purchased. I stated that they asked me to call in my card over the phone. I addressed why I was uncomfortable with doing that, and had asked for a way to provide payment electronically. When that option was not available I offered to come in. My disappointment is that despite their error, the wrong amount owed left on my voicemail, a random "wrong number" phone call from them, and inability to accept payment over something like square invoicing / Venmo / etc., all I asked for was a printed receipt. If someone has to make time to come in and fix your error, it's the least you could have done. I'm now even more disappointed in them after this response.

Glory is by far my favorite boutique in Ktown. If you're looking for one of a kind, unique Korean…read morestyle fashions, these ladies have got you! I happened to stumble across Glory when they first opened, and the owners are a very friendly and warm mom and daughter who have literally the best fashion taste. They have always have a discounted rack outside their store of styles that are 50%+ off. The quality is superb, the garments are mostly a cotton or cotton blend and just so comfortable with special details such as pleats and darts strategically placed to make the most flattering cuts. I really appreciate the ladies offering discounts here and there if you purchase multiple items and they always remember me, so I know they make their customers feel so special. The shopping experience really reminds me of shopping in Tokyo or Hong Kong (sadly I haven't traveled to Korea yet but would love to) and discovering new interesting items on every visit. A real gem is their pants collection. They have simply the most fantastic pieces and most of them have elastic waistbands so it can fit virtually all sizes! I gained some weight so most other boutiques don't offer these types of pants. I purchased some in the past and it's held up extremely well, and I get compliments everywhere I go when wearing it. A bonus is their resusable shopping bags. I LOVE their bags and use it all the time. Be sure to follow them on their IG for the latest clothing they offer https://www.instagram.com/glory__losangeles
