My very old Lexus key fob did not work. I didn't want to pay to have Lexus fix it, and I could not open the case to change the battery. I ended up breaking the case and ordering a new case from Amazon. Big mistake! I could not get it back together again! Had to tape the fob together to drive my car. Horrendous customer service. Talk over the phone and told them the problem which is loose or faulty wire connection at the drivers side on/off switch. Told to bring it in so they can they a look. Brought the car and remote start control only to be told that i have to bring both remote control even if i told them the problem was not the remote. Just wasting my time since when I brought back the 2nd remote they didn't even take a look at it and just started my car with the car key only to be told that I have to make an appointment. They could have said that from the start and not given the go around and wasting my time going back and forth all for nothing. UPDATE TO THEIR COMMENT: How could they say there is lots of electrical problem when they didn't even look at it. They just started my car which it did and was told that I have to set an appointment. What a bogus reply. They just have me waste my time getting back for the second remote without even them using it. I went to a different place Auto Image and they have it fix in less than an hour with no problem. This place is bogus and so are their comment. About me telling them what to do, it is exactly what the problem is and is the reason why the remote start got fix right away by Auto Image In less than an hour since they didn't have to go through all the other wires. Get your facts straight and have good customer service instead that way you don't have to make up stories to defend an honest poor review on your shop. read more
