The play area had plenty to do for this age range and was a lot of fun for them. I did see little ones and older kids playing too but sometimes the mix of all three isn't the greatest. My girls loved the slide climbing area and bounce houses. I think it would be great to have a drink machine or place to purchase water inside the area. There were teenagers or younger college kids working. Only one person was paying attention and putting in effort with kid interactions. The others were on their phone or not really even paying attention to what was happening. I saw kids attempting to talk to staff and being ignored. At check-in to enter no one really checked to see if we actually had waivers signed. It's also pretty pricy but we used a Groupon. Parking was difficult as the place was packed.

My mini started with the summer program in 2025 which was great, so my daughter wanted to try additional programs in the 2026SY. Fall 2025 we signed up for the home school program and musical theatre class. The homeschool program allowed bullying by other students, my child's concerns were not being addressed until I started communicating with staff that I would file suit if my child was assaulted again. There seem to be many moments where children were left unattended which is how the bullying was able to happen in the first place. The children who did the bullying were allowed to continue in the home school program despite negatively impacting multiple students within the program and in my opinion the parents of the bullies were coddled instead of being reprimanded or terminated from the program. The musical theatre class I feel like I threw $1095 down the drain. Class was posted to start at 4:45pm on Fridays and end at 5:45pm however; an full hour of class only happened twice during enrollment, there was always a substitute teacher, and students were released at 5:20, 5:25 and 5:30pm regularly. On top of not having 1 hour classes which was posted, the finale performance was confusing so I missed the performance while literally standing in line to see my daughter perform. Needless to say we will NOT be returning! The 1 and 2 star reviews are very much so accurate! BELIEVE THEM!!!

While I…read morehave nothing but praise for the instructors and the quality of the classes--which I genuinely enjoyed--the management and corporate policies are predatory and intentionally opaque. If you are considering joining, please be aware of these "fine print" rules that were not verbally disclosed to me at signing: The "Freeze" Fee: If you need to put your account on hold for personal reasons, expect a $35 monthly holding fee that isn't mentioned upfront. The "Active Status" Catch: You cannot terminate your membership while it is on hold. Your account must be active to submit a 30-day notice. This forces you to pay for another full month of membership just to quit. The "Immediate" Exit Tax: If you want to bypass the 30-day notice because of these hidden hurdles, they charge an immediate $100 termination fee. I consider myself a reasonable person; had these fees been explained during the sales pitch, I would have accepted them as part of the terms. However, when I brought these concerns to the manager, the response was dismissive and focused solely on collections rather than customer retention or transparency. The Pilates is great, but the contract is designed to squeeze extra money out of you the moment life gets in the way. Read every single line of the fine print before you sign, because the staff likely won't tell you the truth about the exit costs.

The instructor made the class enjoyable despite the issues with management and the front desk.
