PLEASE... DO NOT do derma FILLERS here. I have more than a month in agony using mask because they…read moredo what they know and NO what you asked for... at the end Dr. Pasha dissolved my fillers and I LOST $1,000. They are nice people and polite BUT don't know anything about fillers. Do your homework... they give you a discount of $20 off if you make a review in YELP! There's very good places to do fillers... don't be mislead for the reviews or the specials offers they have!

This is my personal experience as a patient for the last 12 months with Florida cosmetic center…read more I initially found them and their weight loss program. While I don't feel the program is revolutionary or the sole reason for my weight loss it did help with my energy and metabolism as well as accountability. Total loss has been 22 lbs. I was confident to discuss chin and neck lipo with them once I was in the program, they answered all my questions and were very kind. I have wanted neck lipo since I was 20 as I've always carried fat there regardless of my weight. The day came in October to do the procedure and I was terrified, but they made me feel safe and comfortable. Dr Pasha's bedside manner is extremely kind and empathetic. And the results blew me away!!! I've never felt so confident!!! 14 years of being self conscious of my chin and neck gone in an hour!!! I only wish I did it sooner. Next up was lips and some frown line filler, again I was a bit nervous but Sophia, Paola, and Dr. Pasha all worked to make me feel safe and comfortable. Dr. pasha really goes above and beyond to reduce pain to nearly nothing. I assumed lip filler would be very painful but all of his tricks reduced the pain so much. Attached are before and after photos, some I took myself and some they sent to me upon my request. They speak for themselves. I waited to post a review so I could accurately review all of the procedures I've had done but I can confidently say I will be back for more procedures and maintenance!

They get you by offering a facial that is very discounted. I did choose to purchase two items. They offered a red light therapy tool also which was insanely priced at over a thousand dollars. It was very costly so I declined. Sadly, the eye product by Introstem which cost a lot already does not work. So the product is inside this very difficult tool. Unable to remove. I'm not happy about this and do not recommend this store. The facial was fine but where they get you is sitting you at the end to push very high end items.

Let me say, I booked this because they were running a special on a facial I wanted to try. From the…read moretime I booked until my appointment 3-4 days later I received multiple please confirm texts and emails...it was excessive. That said, my facial and the young lady who did it were wonderful! Loved the facial and her treatment. Here is where it gets bad.... When I walked out the young lady handed me over to some guy who was supposed to tell me about my after care. I was led to a tight cubicle where I took the first chain my the door opening. He made me move as I was in HIS chair. I let him know that I was expecting a text from my husband so please excuse me if I look. He proceeds to go thru a list of so this so t do that. Fine, no worries. Then he proceeds to ask if I use a particular product. I said no, so he puts some on my hand and rubs it in and tells me how much better my hand is. I was like cool thank you. He then asks if I would use it once a week and I said not right now. He looks at me, says why not? It was very weird. I say, well first I would like to see how my skin reacts to all the new products she has used. He snapped "what products?" I said the facial products and he said it was just moisturizer! Honestly at this point he is mildly aggressive and I am uncomfortable and stuck in a cubicle with him at the exit. Right then my phone vibrates and just as I had mentioned to him I looked at it to see if it was my husband. He throws himself back in his seat, grabs his phone and says quote" if you disrespect me then I will disrespect you!" I'm shocked and want out. I get my paper work and (keeping in mind he's blocking the door, large guy) I shimmy out and walk to the desk to pay. She asked how was you facial and I say Fine. She realized I was not happy and said just fine. Before I could say anything else he walked over, stood behind the counter and stared at me. I paid and left. It was very intimidating and I will never return! The 1 star is for the sweet facial girl.

Aside from the language barrier he was excellent. He paid attention to details and took the time to make sure my nails looked perfect. It hurt a little when he was cutting out my ingrown toenails but now it feels great! He was friendly and very very detail oriented. I would highly recommend him!!! Now to my moms experience. Sitting right next to me it was amazing how different the two of our experiences were. She had My My who seemed much older. My my would mumble things under her breath. My mom got the pedicure with the callous removal. She paid extra for it. She asked my my like 3 times and she didnt do it. Finally henry (my great guy) said something to her and she mumbled again and started to very rapidly and harshly remove my moms callouses. My suggestion to you is make and appointment and request Henry or anyone but MY My. All in all a very relaxing vibe and cool place to have nails done.

They were able to accommodate within an hour and a half. Running behind I called to push back our appointment and the friendliest person on the phone easily adjusted our time. This place is located in the same shopping plaza as Publix, Jersey Mikes and Celebration Brewing Company. She made sure I was coming to the right place. Looks small on the outside but they use every inch of space without you feeling crowded. When we walked in and checked in they were ready for us. They even gave special treatment to the birthday girl. We had a combination of gel manicures, pedicures. There were at least 8 nail techs that I counted. 12 pedicure chairs in a separate area. They offer beverages. One of my sisters had a tech who was hurting her and not responding to what she was saying so she requested another. It was handled professionally and the second tech was great. The birthday girl loved being pampered by her tech. My tech did one of the best gel manicures I've ever had. Lastly, the final sister LOVED her tech even though he talked her into getting a gel rather than regular manicure assuring her it's easy to take off. Maybe he didn't realize she meant taking it off herself. Reasonable price at $35. Overall, loved this place. I would return.

"GoodLESS is right -- worst experience ever."…read more I chose this place because of the great reviews, but after my awful experience, I honestly wonder how they got them. This was my first visit, and definitely my last. I was charged over $300 before seeing the doctor, and hit with more unexplained fees afterward. The intake forms were oddly invasive (why does a dermatologist need to know if I have a living will?), and the doctor was rude, rushed, and dismissive. He didn't greet me, barely looked at my rash, and the entire visit lasted under five minutes--more like a drive-by diagnosis than actual care. The expensive creams he prescribed haven't helped at all, and I'm still dealing with the same painful rash. Weeks later, I still haven't received the billing breakdown they promised. This place is overpriced, unprofessional, and overhyped. Stay far away.

With the assurance that it would be refunded to me when the bill was paid in full. I waited over 6 months contacted them having documents it indeed was paid in full. I was told yes I was due a full refund (though no interest paid) and it would be about a week to 10 days as the office manager (Ally) was on vacation. That was March 17. I called again on April 8. After a long hold was told a check would be mailed that day. Indeed it was and on April 10 I deposited to my bank account. The funds showed available on April 11 in the morning but by that evening my bank had put a hold on the check. I contacted my bank morning of April 12. I was told and then emailed that the check had a hold because the check did not clear Goodless Dermatology bank (Regions) due to NSF!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? THIS IS WRONG!!! Does the physician know his practice accounts are NSF? I doubt it. BUT, I do highly suspect that someone(s) in the office is skimming from his practice. Today April 14, called to discuss this with Ally, but interestingly she "doesn't seem to be available". It is indeed a beautiful rubber check that I am in possesion of but worthless.
