The first time I saw her, she spent the time to explain how to take care of my curls, style them, and refresh them on day 2+ (plus offer product suggestions). Her Ouidad cut is top-notch and really makes a difference in the way I was able to take care of my hair. I recently tried going elsewhere to save the trip to Lombard, and it was a disaster. But Chloe was understanding and able to work with me on a plan to get my hair back in its original shape while losing the least amount of length. Highly recommended for anyone who's felt the frustration of stylist after stylist who doesn't know how to cut curly hair. And if you live in the city, definitely worth the travel. For business women like me that do not have enough time to pamper themselves because of busy life....work, kids, husbands. This is not the place to go to!! Don't waste your time. Only one person does the work and do not see much multitasking. Cannot complain about the end results however they don't care to lose business or are looking to improve. When I voiced my opinion they do not have the logical business perspective to care and improve or even to attempt. If you find yourself in a position where you need hair service ASAP, I did find an amazing place close by. The ambiance is alive, more than 1 staff --- lol, actually a good amount. Good structure is set up where everyone performs their magic and talents. I was so impressed to see how they know how to work with all hair types. Quality is not lost based on quantity. This is indeed rare. Feel free to reach out to me so I can recommend a place I was extremely satisfied with.
