What I do know is that I continue to buy on-line from them (found shop on instagram courtesy of some glass artists I follow) and every package has come quickly, possibly OVER-packed with protection, and every order personalized. The cannabis and glass industry is fraught with awful customer service, and yet dealing with these folks you'd never know. Ughhh-so disgusting!))) this place is so clean, organized and the owners/employees are so knowledgeable and helpful. We live on the Eastside and although it's 30 plus minutes from where we live we will make the drive there from now on. We went to Rob with some questions about our tanks and modems, and how to effectively rebuild our coils, and although we didn't even have our ecigs with us, he knew how to fix EVERYTHING. From leaning on the eleaf to using a screwdriver to recognize the atomizer with a quick trick-to helping us pick out the most affordable and reliable option for our new tanks (while also selling us the metal mouthpieces to avoid future mishaps) he was able to solve all of our problems so easily and with such efficiency and kindness-Thank you so much, Rob! We will see you again soon!

I had a very disappointing experience at Mr. Vapor smoke shop. I purchased body jewelry that was…read moredefective and missing a stone. I did not notice the defect immediately because I had purchased multiple pieces for friends and family. When I returned to the store to address the issue, I was met with a very disrespectful attitude. I was told that if I had purchased the item, I should have noticed everything before leaving the store. I was also accused of wanting something for free, which was not the case at all. I was simply asking for a fair exchange because I had been sold a defective item. The way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. I also felt that the interaction involved disrespectful and discriminatory comments and behavior. Customers should be treated with dignity and respect regardless of their race, background, or identity.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. If you value your money, time, and being treated respectfully, I would strongly encourage you to consider other options. This was one of the worst customer-service experiences I've had, and if I could give zero stars, I would.
