What I do know is that I continue to buy on-line from them (found shop on instagram courtesy of some glass artists I follow) and every package has come quickly, possibly OVER-packed with protection, and every order personalized. The cannabis and glass industry is fraught with awful customer service, and yet dealing with these folks you'd never know. Then, there is discounts and sales ALL the time in things you'll ACTUALLY use. I am a customer for life and perhaps someday I'll leave Florida and swing on in! I'm not going to lie when I said I had very low expectations of this place, I am a bit of a prude or judgmental jerk because I think of smoke shops as quick places to jack up prices and make profit and don't really care. That is the absolute opposite of this business. their prices are cheap, as in like the cheapest I could even find on the internet. Barely a markup despite being a brick-and-mortar store. The customer service was excellent from the woman helping us. she was wearing a mask, as was the owner who I met later, and they made sure every customer that came in wore a mask as well. But unfortunately I only owned the vaporizer pen for about twelve hours before it stopped working on me. Or maybe the pain stopped working maybe the cartridge stopped working I don't know I bought them both there though. I went back in three days later without a receipt, but with a proven credit card statement. the owner just straight replace both, we couldn't figure out which was broken or why and he didn't care, he only cared about getting me what I had actually paid for. I'm still amazed by it, but on a day when I got some bad customer service elsewhere I was really happy to have received great customer service from a local shop. Support them!

The man refused and told me to leave saying that I was disrespectful for not listening to him. When I said they were being thieves and l'd get in touch with my bank, the man laughed at me and started filming me on cellphone. I don't share these things to complain. I share them so that you don't waste your time and money. He wouldn't even give me a receipt and didn't give me one yesterdayy. So the store straight up just robbed me for $150.
