I decided to try this salon out because of the great reviews but noticed there were no ethnic clients' photos, which made me a little skeptical but I decided to have faith in their skills. The location is convenient for me since I do my grocery shopping and my nails within 0.5 miles from the salon. The interior is immaculate and modern; staff were friendly and genuinely concerning; prices are even better. Albeit, I was one of the first black clients in this particular shop, they exceeded my expectations and did a better job than my regular hair stylist (no shade). They were very attentive to my hair type and needs, giving honest feedback and suggestions. I can proudly say, ANYONE with hair that is told is "hard to manage", this salon does not shy away from a challenge, and will style your hair with love and precision. I will definitely be returning.

Different technicians have serviced me, but mostly it's Linda who helps me. Of course there is a language barrier, but that doesn't stop the professionalism and care from shining through. This is a multi- faceted salon: hair, nails, eyebrows, lashes and I'm hoping they start doing facials. While I don't go there to get my hair styled or cut, I do see the ladies who walk out with a prideful swag, swinging their hair back and forth. Since I come regularly, Linda and staff know exactly why I'm there. No fuss. No muss. The price for a regular mani- pedi, for me, is $31-$35, maybe a little higher on the weekends. Of course, I tip. My hair has never felt and looked this alive beautiful and healthy. I needed a color correction so badly and she truly was so knowledgeable and knew how to fix it in less than two hours!! Washing: no communication where I sit She sat me in a chair and said to me about a wash I said ok Then she washed my hair which hurt her nails were long and she was rough. Then she had me sit in the chair Haircut: The guy Alex ham came over I showed him the picture I wanted mind you my hair was to my collar bone area and I wanted a pixie cut he went on about how it was short very short so short after he complained about that he then cut my hair. While cutting my hair he was all over the place and talking to the other employee I just felt like he wasn't really paying attention. Once he was done he took the robe thing off and used the blow dryer to get the extra hair off but left a lot on my arms. He also cut it a bit shorter than I wanted on top but that isn't the end of the world. After I thought a 15$ haircut I gave him a 3$ tip and when I was walking out about to open the door he then said ma'am you didn't pay I said I did pay online he said how much I said 15$ and he said no for your services today it's 70$ before tax so he took the 15$ and deducted it and had me pay the 55$ extra and the tax It was horrible unprofessional and not clear at all and online it didn't even state details on it just a women's haircut is 15$ very misleading they need to be shut down. So either I get my money back or I will take the complaint further. Horrible service and place don't waste your money, they rip people off.
