Absolutely my favorite dentist's office of all time. The entire staff is friendly and…read moreknowledgeable - they go out of their way to get to know you. I used to dread going to the dentist, but now I enjoy my visits. Perhaps most importantly, I really appreciate their approach and model for service - they do not recommend unnecessary procedures. (I have been to other offices in the past that focus on the generation of lots of revenue based on unneeded procedures.) I would highly recommend Elevated Smiles to others that are looking for a dentist.

How a business can decline so rapidly is beyond me…read more (Last week in August, 2022) A crown that they had put on had broken from something I bit into. I called and they fit me in to fix it. When he was replacing the broken crown, he told me that the tooth next to it is damaged as well but they don't have enough time to fix it. I told them that I was going on a cruise for my birthday and that I'll be back when I return. So he informed me that as they've gotten busy, it's best to make an appointment. I made an appointment for when I got back. Upon my return, I wasn't feeling well and tested positive for Covid. I called them to cancel my appointment and informed that I'll call back as soon as I test negative and feel better. (Mid September 2022) Couple of weeks later, I call to make an appointment for the other tooth. The receptionist tells me that I need to come in to get checked prior to them doing anything to my tooth. As I explain that I was just there and I am calling to follow up on a particular tooth that the dentist wanted to fix. She giggles as if I'm telling her a joke and repeats that they won't work on me until I come in for an initial check up. I was completely baffled at the lack of professionalism, memory and respect for a long time patient. I was so agitated that I asked for the dentist to talk to me as I'm thinking he'll remember and be more professional. Receptionist (still giggling) says he's busy and will call me back. About 30 minutes later, he calls. Like a broken record, he repeated everything the receptionist said while I hear the receptionist giggling in the background. It was so unprofessional and quite frankly I felt completely betrayed. I initially began coming to this practice because of Tina Saw (dentist) as I felt we bonded and I liked her work and personality. But since 2020, it's been the husband. Although I preferred Tina, I kept getting him and got used to him out of necessity. The difficulty I had post Covid was the changing staff who no longer knew or recognized long time patients, the revolving receptionists who don't hear what you're saying and the severity of the decline in professionalism. I felt so betrayed that there's no way I could return. After being a long time patient, they were trying to squeeze in an extra visit to bill my insurance for an issue that they already pointed out and told me needed fixing. Few months later, I got a text to call to make an appointment which I ignored. The final nail in the coffin was when the same receptionist called me couple of weeks ago (before the end of the year for billing issues) to let me know I need to come in to get the other tooth fixed. I tell her that I'll NEVER GO BACK to that practice. She started laughing as if I told her a joke. Then says bye. Even if they change the receptionist, I wouldn't return for dental care. They squeeze in more check up visits even when the issues have been recognized and an appointment is made. This nickel and dime attitude is horrible! It's hard enough to find time for cleaning, follow ups, check ups and treatment without these additional useless check ups when we already pointed out what the issue is. I basically got punished for canceling post cruise when I had Covid. This type of pettiness is unfortunate and so unprofessional for a dental office. As going to a dentist is stressful enough, I rather go where they know how to treat a client with respect and kindness. Too many options in the area to stay with Elevated Smiles. I, my husband, my friends and nephew will never go back.

From my very first phone call with Teresa, I felt like they really got me. She took the time to ease my worries, reassured me that my dental anxiety wasn't an overreaction, and even offered a complimentary exam and cleaning so I could get a feel for the clinic. After being financially exhausted from prior second opinions/out-of-pocket x-rays for a cracked molar, that gesture meant more than I can say. In addition, Dr. Gaball is hands down the most personable doctor I've ever met. She actually called to introduce herself from her personal phone the day before my appointment, which is something I've never experienced with any dentist or medical provider. She takes the time to build trust, and that makes all the difference. The office itself feels more like a spa than a dental clinic (they even offer aromatherapy), which is huge if outdated waiting rooms trigger you the way they do me. RIP waiting rooms from the 90s. Thank you to to the whole staff, Dr. Gaball, Teresa, Madison, Renee, and Leslie for always being so patient and kind. I'm so grateful for the option of sedation (more clinics should have this) and for calmly handling me while I acted like a baby and cried as I watched How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days on the ceiling TV. If you're looking for a new dentist, check them out! I truly couldn't recommend them more, and am looking forward to my Invisalign journey with their team.

I originally went to Dr. Horne off of a referral from a friend because I was told he is an incredibly compassionate dentist, unfortunately that is not the temperament I was met with during my recent visits. I recently chipped my ten year old bonding on my tooth, to which Dr. Horne said was a simple fix. I let him know I just wanted the chip fixed (which there was tooth at the front and the back of the chip making it very clear where the chip started and ended). Before he begun his work he began speaking to the dental assistant about how he "disliked his daughter when she was around her friends asking him if he felt the same about his children". I thought this was pretty odd while it was happening, and it did not make me feel as though Dr.Horne was focused on the task at hand. Once he had finished and showed me the tooth I saw he had lengthened it quite substantially. This tooth was normally shorter than the one next to it and now it was longer. This completely threw off my bite and made me hit my teeth against each other for the following weeks. I came in for a follow up appointment for Dr.Horne to shorten the tooth as it was causing me pain constantly hitting my other teeth. I let him know I was feeling nervous to which he asked why I was feeling nervous dryly and clearly annoyed. I will say the dental assistant was amazing and really tried to put me at ease. I even said sorry for being annoying multiple times during the appointment to which he did not respond at all. My tooth is still hitting and will definitely still need this repaired, but I will definitely be going with a new dentist. My father also recently got some bonding fixed from Dr. Horne a few weeks ago, which has already completely broken off one tooth. He has also switched dentists. The dentist is a very vulnerable place for many people and I just wanted to feel heard. I guess that's why I'm writing this now.

I always start by telling them to ignore my brow tattoo (it's faded and uneven now)-- Yea shouldn't have. She asked if I trim them I said just a little bit. She hands me the mirror after and the tail to my brows was gone. I'm never one to speak up I usually just walk out in regret but I was not going to pay for now having a barely there tail. She tried to tell me she just trimmed them-- no, no you didn't. The ends of my brows grow upwards & I always look at my brow hairs before going in just in case & good thing I did because she swore she didn't take off the end it was from the trim. I told her the ends of my brows brow upwards too & she said no they don't???? This is my face??? I know how they grow??? She tried to offer to tint them, TINTING MY BROWS WILL NOT BRING BACK THE LITTLE HAIR I ACTUALLY GROW. Filling them in also doesn't help-- when the sun hits my face there's a clear texture difference. I even ask a stranger to check a minute after I walked out. She also tried to tell me to put olive oil? Be so fr bro, you gonna go buy me some olive oil or what?? And how long is till the olive oil makes them grow back?? Because again-- I HARDLY GROW BROW HAIR. Don't even get me started on all the little hairs shes missed bro wth. I could've f***ed up my brows at home and saved time driving here. The cherry on top is the uneven bottom part of the arches I have now too. I even took pictures of myself on the way there so here's song proof that-- 1. I did in fact have hair there 2. It does in fact grow upwards 3. She did in fact thread it off 4. The after pics don't happen from a little trim. Only reason it gets 2 stars is bc Bella still do her damn thing-- DONT GO TO ANYONE BUT BELLA FOR THE LOVE OF GOD
