I've visited twice so far and I absolutely love all the staffs who work here. I would like to thank Dr. Ginger Hansen, Andrea and Barbara for making me feel welcomed and comfortable when visiting! When I first visited, the place was absolutely bright and nice. Definitely felt cozy and welcomed. Andrea was very helpful with getting me set up and getting my checkup. I honestly was ready to get bad feedback and comments about my teeth as I did from my previous visits from other places but Andrea was super sweet and kind that it almost made me cry that there was someone who was so kind. Dr. Ginger Hansen was also super kind too and gave me really good feedbacks and referrals to check for my teeth. For my second visit, I came here for my first cleaning as they want to clean my teeth first before I do a deep cleaning to see how my teeth would be like first. Barbara was super nice and friendly and I enjoyed talking to her while she was cleaning my teeth. It's been many years since I cleaned my teeth so I give her 100% for cleaning my teeth! The overall experience I get from this place, it's absolutely great! Dr.Hansen and her team-from the dental assistants and dental hygienists, to the administrators-are all incredible to say the least. A huge thank you to: Dr.Hansen, Andrea, Katie, Marissa, and Sofia! Everyone in the office is extremely kind, helpful, professional, and delightful to be around. This is an office that genuinely cares about patient dental health and provides a great experience for anyone who is nervous about visits to the dentist. Additionally, it is nice that Dr.Hansen and her team understand the challenges some may face in maintaining dental health and provide solutions without inciting feelings of guilt or chastising for habits that may need improvement. The staff does an excellent job of creating a positive patient experience. For example, on your way out, they even encourage you to take a goodie like floss, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. The office also has a "patient of the day" prize; which I Won during my last visit, a fun surprise for my morning. So far, I have had nine visits to the office and I have more scheduled in the future; which says a lot coming from someone who is reluctant about dental work. My first trip was for an emergency exam of a cavity, I had never had a cavity or filling before this point and was unsure of what to expect in terms of treatment or cost. Upon meeting Dr.Hansen, I was confident in the care I was going receive and felt at ease due to her approach. Conveniently, I was able to get a follow up appointment for cavity filling a week later and scheduling all of my other appointments has been just as easy. I did have to be numbed at my filling appointment which was nerve racking-however, Dr.Hansen is so skilled that I didn't even have time to be nervous, it was over before I even realized I got the shot! Dr.Hansen also fixed a small chip in my front tooth, which may seem like a minor fix but it had a major impact on my confidence. Since then, I have had several deep cleanings with Sofia, and she is truly exceptional; she is compassionate and very detailed. Deep cleanings do require several numbing shots, which were a breeze yet again! I have already seen a noticeable improvement in my dental health and now I feel so much more comfortable about any dental work I may need because I have found THE best dental office.
