I had many terrible experiences with dentists in the past and could never find the right one. I happen to find this place thanks to Yelp and reddit and I was so glad I found it. I've visited twice so far and I absolutely love all the staffs who work here. I would like to thank Dr. Ginger Hansen, Andrea and Barbara for making me feel welcomed and comfortable when visiting! When I first visited, the place was absolutely bright and nice. Definitely felt cozy and welcomed. Andrea was very helpful with getting me set up and getting my checkup. I honestly was ready to get bad feedback and comments about my teeth as I did from my previous visits from other places but Andrea was super sweet and kind that it almost made me cry that there was someone who was so kind. Dr. Ginger Hansen was also super kind too and gave me really good feedbacks and referrals to check for my teeth. For my second visit, I came here for my first cleaning as they want to clean my teeth first before I do a deep cleaning to see how my teeth would be like first. Barbara was super nice and friendly and I enjoyed talking to her while she was cleaning my teeth. It's been many years since I cleaned my teeth so I give her 100% for cleaning my teeth! This is essentially my love letter to Dr.Hansen's office for being a truly amazing dental practice. Finding a dentist following the COVID-19 Pandemic has been a difficult process, especially without insurance. Dr.Hansen and her team-from the dental assistants and dental hygienists, to the administrators-are all incredible to say the least. A huge thank you to: Dr.Hansen, Andrea, Katie, Marissa, and Sofia! Everyone in the office is extremely kind, helpful, professional, and delightful to be around. This is an office that genuinely cares about patient dental health and provides a great experience for anyone who is nervous about visits to the dentist. Additionally, it is nice that Dr.Hansen and her team understand the challenges some may face in maintaining dental health and provide solutions without inciting feelings of guilt or chastising for habits that may need improvement. The staff does an excellent job of creating a positive patient experience. For example, on your way out, they even encourage you to take a goodie like floss, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. The office also has a "patient of the day" prize; which I Won during my last visit, a fun surprise for my morning. So far, I have had nine visits to the office and I have more scheduled in the future; which says a lot coming from someone who is reluctant about dental work. My first trip was for an emergency exam of a cavity, I had never had a cavity or filling before this point and was unsure of what to expect in terms of treatment or cost. Upon meeting Dr.Hansen, I was confident in the care I was going receive and felt at ease due to her approach. Conveniently, I was able to get a follow up appointment for cavity filling a week later and scheduling all of my other appointments has been just as easy. I did have to be numbed at my filling appointment which was nerve racking-however, Dr.Hansen is so skilled that I didn't even have time to be nervous, it was over before I even realized I got the shot! Dr.Hansen also fixed a small chip in my front tooth, which may seem like a minor fix but it had a major impact on my confidence. Since then, I have had several deep cleanings with Sofia, and she is truly exceptional; she is compassionate and very detailed. Deep cleanings do require several numbing shots, which were a breeze yet again! I have already seen a noticeable improvement in my dental health and now I feel so much more comfortable about any dental work I may need because I have found THE best dental office. read more

I don't even know where to start. From the first time I stepped in this office, nervous nauseous and full of anxiety, Andrea greeted me with the biggest smile and let me know everything would be ok. I don't know about anyone else, but I avoided the dentist for years. Dr. Hansen is so kind, funny, and more important, puts her patience over her bank account. So I was petrified of the Dentist due to past experiences. I had an appointment with Dr Hansen yesterday 3/14/2019. It was my best experience ever with a dentist in my 49 yrs. Dr Hansen and her staff explained everything to me and walked me through the process step by step during my procedure. OMG did I mention I did not feel anything .. NO PAIN !!! I have had fillings previously with other dentist where I always stop for time out, I thought pain was the norm at the dentist even with anesthetic. Okay so I'm going to be honest with you...I wasn't a fan of dentists because of their fees (dental fees are actually much higher than my fees as an experienced physician) but I'm not afraid of dentists either. I personally never really needed any dental work except cleanings. Well maybe I need to clarify further with the one tiny exception for having all 4 wisdom teeth extracted all at once as a kid a very-very -very long time ago when dentists still worked out of their homes and used pliers and a foot on the back of your headrest for leverage, I never understood why people feared dentists or why dental fees needed to be so high. I admit I've been magically blessed without any cavities or dental concerns...until yesterday. I chipped my front tooth on a glass water bottle and suddenly realized that gap wasn't "a look I was going to be okay with". The Christmas song kept playing in my head overnight "all I want for Christmas is my front tooth fixed". I knew I needed to do something quickly or I wasn't going to be smiling for any photos anytime soon. So while I've only had the pleasure and pain of paying for my family dental bills I've managed to keep my own personal dental costs down. But today I would've paid anything to not look toothless. We called, got in with an emergency squeeze in visit and Dr. Hansen and staff promptly and cheerfully got to work. Her work is meticulous and it was clear her years of experience paid off in my favor. I couldn't believe how perfect my tooth looks. Her staff are kind and sweet and I couldn't help but notice they also had great looking smiles I'm told due to Dr. Hansen's excellent work too! My bill was surprisingly reasonable even with the emergency fee! My whole family has had major dental issues and had major dental fears and many painful dental stories until Dr. Hansen.They've all been loyal patients of hers for many years and told me they never had a dentist like her who does great work on them without pain and great results. My family and I have been going to Dr. Hansen since we first moved here in 1987! Ginger is honestly like family! Due to insurance issues I had to see other dentists in the community for a few years and none of them have the honesty or the touch of Dr. Hansen. She is an expert in her field and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with her results. My teeth are difficult to match color wise, and the crown she just did is perfect! She "babies" those with fears of seeing the dentist. She doesn't push unnecessary products and genuinely cares about her patients. She is very honest and trustworthy! I went to a different dentist who said I had a cavity and that I needed to fill the cavity. But, Dr. Hansen performed a much more in-depth way of determining if it was a cavity or not and she eventually realized through utilizing different dental procedures (including shining a laser inside my mouth that can determine the density inside of a tooth) that it was NOT a cavity. So I am very grateful for honesty regarding this! BTW the first time I saw her was over a decade ago and I think she is very good and I never told her that I use yelp.com either. Dr. Ginger Hansen has been my dentist for a while, and I could not be happier with her dental services. She is extremely competent and so very pleasant, and her entire staff is warm, attentive and "babies" reluctant patients like me. Today, however, they all outdid themselves. I broke a tooth and was in pain. So last night I left an emergency call for their offices; and this morning in speaking to Dr. Hansen I learned that today was her day off, her car was in the shop, and her office was closed. I offered to find another dentist just for this one time, but Dr. Hansen would not hear of it; and as soon as she got her car back she and her dental assistant Andrea met me at her office to fix my tooth which was another amazing thing because my old cavity was so big she had to almost rebuilt the entire tooth.
