Booking an appointment online was simple and seamless. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and offered coffee while I waited. Nikki came out shortly after to introduce herself, and we had a thorough consultation before getting started. I will admit, I discreetly scanned her station to make sure there were no clippers in sight. My previous haircut had left the sides far too short, so I was a bit cautious. Nikki immediately reassured me that she would be using only scissors and a razor, which put me completely at ease. Grace washed my hair and was very attentive, adjusting the water temperature so it was just right. After shampooing and conditioning, I was ready to head back to Nikki. Nikki began by cutting my hair while it was wet, then blow-dried it and continued refining the cut. This allowed her to work with my natural texture and cowlicks rather than against them. She was asking Jordan the entire time what color to do and how to do my hair.. she shouldn't have even taken me on if she wasn't able to do color. I had weird chunky bleach stripes and looked like a skunk and thankfully Jordan had me come back and fixed it and I've been going to her ever since for trims and anything else I need done. Jordan is so chill, easy to book with (go through her insta or text, not the shop itself if you can) and just a genuinely cool person. If you want ANY kind of color service please save yourself the trouble and only book with Jordan.
