The attention to detail even the bathrooms, the colors, the décor everything feels so intentional and magical. Walking in is like stepping into a little wonderland. My kids' instructor, Brittany, is amazing. She's so patient and truly knows how to read kids on a deeper level. If they're nervous, if they're shy one day, if they need time she picks it up without words. I noticed in a video that she caught, out of the corner of her eye, that I was recording and she gently turned my daughter so she'd face the camera. It's those thoughtful little moments that make this place so special. intuition all around It feels very safe and welcoming, like a place where my kids can explore, try new things, be themselves without any pressure. I have had the joy of dancing with NDC since I was 9 years old... I now participate in the adult ballet class at 30 years old! As challenging as it may be to teach toddlers, Patricia is quite patient but still manages to keep them in line! I know very little about dance but seeing the content she teaches them gives me confidence in my decision to choose this school. Their recent show on June of 2022, really amazed me as the choreography was sophisticated and eye pleasing, while I was expecting an amateur event. This dance school is truly a HIDDEN GEM in the middle of industrial naples. More people should know about this school. It's highly recommended. The kids have fun!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you are reading the review it is a sign…read morethat you need to go check out this gym! The trainers Melissa and Amanda are welcoming to everyone and encouraging throughout each workout. I really mean that. I have been to many gyms in my life and this one has figured it out. I feel accepted and welcomed whenever I have stepped foot in the gym. I look forward to getting up for a 9am or 10am saturday workout. (I mean if that doesn't say something - like hello, what gym makes you excited to get up at 7:30 on a Saturday morning after a long work week!?) This is a group HIIT workout gym where they have a set schedule of their classes Monday through Saturday. I have tried out many different group fitness style gyms and this one is the best by far. I love how they explain all of the exercises prior to starting, but they also check on everyone to make sure that you are doing the movement correctly. I think this is HUGE in maintaining a great workout and preventing injury. This gym is phenomenal and you can see how they've really built a strong community. Sign up for a free trial week of classes and see for yourself. It is a gym that values its members and is super welcoming to new comers! I've been going to classes as often as I can for a year now, so I'm confident in saying how wonderful this place is. The workouts are always different and target so many muscle groups that can easily be forgotten about when working out at traditional gyms on machines. Amanda and Melissa are great at explaining and demonstrating the workouts. They can also simplify or intensify each workout depending on your abilities which makes it a great workout now matter what your skill level is. Do yourself a favor and go do a workout at sweat fitness. It's 2022, new year, new gym, new you.
