Beside a basic cleaning, I have never seen so many variations of door latches. Def the work of a handy man who is trying to make things work due to lack of funds. Half the doors don't close or lock. Each one has a creative different approach, you spend time going one by one trying each to see which will completely latch on. Good way to kill some time if you have it.
