I got my business cards back after paying $120.00 dollars for only 250 business cards. I the business cards my e-mail on my cards were slightly crukid and and the graphic designer and raised her voice at me practically yelling at me and pointed out that the gossy finish made cutting the cards out made them crukid. The business owner told me that she sent the examples of the order twice but I didn't get to get to have a sample of the cards ahead of time, Which wasn't an option.The cards looked different in person. There was a change made that I didn't notice before. I feel that this experience was unprofessional, the work was not done at a professional level. The treatment I received was demining and the cost was too expensive for the amount of cards I recieved and the small sample that I was keeping she told me to give it back to her but she did give me my money back but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone in Salinas Can.

That was his cue to express a modicum of humility and apologize, but no -he just asked how they could help, with a tone that clearly indicated he really didn't care. There was no life in his voice. When I began telling him what I'm interested in, he cut me off and said he's busy with a client. Wow! Obviously all that glitters isn't gold, as this is clearly NOT a professional business -one that would have someone answer calls when they're with a client, or simply not answer the phone, so they can stay focused on their client.
