I also recently lost my old stylist and needed to find a new one. I went to Jennifer for a cut and balayage. When I arrived, there was another client who she was finishing up with. She had it timed perfectly so I never felt like I was waiting for her to finish something with the other person. I felt like she was very attentive to my comfort, checking on me to move foil around and out of my face. She is very easy to talk to, but also is comfortable with silence. I didn't feel like I had to keep chatting unless I wanted to. I really appreciated this quality as some stylists just make me feel exhausted when I leave from all the talking. She uses high quality products and her salon has a clean and modern design. I was actually comfortable at the sink when she washed my hair. Pretty much every salon sink I have ever used has given me a sore neck. I was and still am very happy with my hair. I seriously felt amazing when I walked out with the styling she did. I feel like it's pretty common to think you're gambling when you're going to a Drybar, but the salon had quite a few people in there and everyone's hair looked amazing. She did a phenomenal job of asking if there was a special event, and recommending styles based on that and my outfit. Also really wanted to highlight that I get nervous getting blowouts as someone with pretty curly hair as I've left salons in the past with poofy hair, so I made sure to mention it when making an appointment over the phone and was happy to hear that they had quite a few people that could work with textured hair! Plus, there is so much natural light. Why haven't I been here?! So glad to finally find this place! Molly was amazing! She did such a great job with my hair and makeup. She left me looking like me, but feeling so pretty. She was so sweet and so much fun to chat with too. I have my next appointment scheduled with her! Following the link you gave me I booked and was charged for the services. The day we talked about I showed up to your business and the person before me also had a no show from their beauty provider. I have since seen other reviews of people who have been cancelled on day of etc. That day they had me call your scheduler who was looking to see if anyone could come in after not hearing back for 20 minutes I let her know we needed to do our own hair and I was told you would refund me. 2 days later and no response to my confirmation email of a refund I reached back out. You were combative about giving me a refund and wanted to do a call. I wanted your promise of a refund on text as this whole thing was a mess. Those were the only calls missed, in the middle of our text conversation. I hope you can take accountability for yourself and your business as this was a terrible experience!
