I recently went to studio Jewelers to have my girlfriends ring fixed and clean my bracelet. I ended up purchasing a $7000.00 Cuban link white gold chain. I never ever thought I would spend that kind of money on a chain. My salesman Kirby and the owner made the process so easy and didn't charge me for all of the other work including the purchase of a new stone for my ring. I have only been shopping with them because of the quality of their inventory, professionalism and they can be trusted with your jewelry. Ken read more

I walked into the the store just to have a batteries put in a few watches, I was treated with a red Carpet welcome . I'm a person who don't like dealing with salesman but the staff and Andy was grate to deal with. At the end of my visit at Studio Jewelers I purchase two new items (RINGS) for my self. Thank you Andy and STAFF. I recommend the with 100 STARS. STUDIO JEWELERS. LOU MELENDEZ. read more

Studio Jewelers has excellent customer care. The jewelry collection is quite impressive and the displays are exquisite! Both Raphael and Andy, made me and my friend feel like family. Upon entering their establishment yesterday, Mr. Raphael asked me what genre of music I prefer and who is my favorite artist. Surprisingly, he played the music I chose! Sandra Jackson read more

I just have to continually praise Andy who works in Studio Jewelers at 2240 Bartow Ave in The Bronx. I was there on Sunday 3/31/24 to pick up a customized item in which he helped to make such a good selection for me. In addition while I was there I was looking for a chain as well for the customized charm and he gave me so many selections and I will be returning very soon to purchase one of the many selections he suggested. Andy has provided and still provides exceptional service for me, my family and friends for many many years and I cannot see anyone else in that store, so if you are looking for Jewelry in my opinion Andy is the best person to help you make an excellent selection. I came into this place to find a reliable Jeweler and get a custom piece made. I was told after I received my ring that there was no way a ring could have been made out of the jewelry I gave them to melt down and assumed that meant the ring was gold plated or inauthentic. Originally left a bad review but the manager Rafael contacted me to assure me the jewelry was authentic I still didn't believe he offered me a refund If I was unhappy with my jewelry I went to get it checked out at a pawn shop , they confirmed that it was in fact real , when I changed the review I was contacted by Rafael He then offered me a gift. They provided excellent customer service even though I was a troublesome customer he remained respectful And professional. read more

My mother bought a ring ($2800) from studio jewelers and within a month diamonds started to fall out. She goes back and instead of the owner standing by his merchandise which I feel all reputable retailers should do he tells her he won't repair the ring unless she goes through her insurance....In my opinion anyone who treats a respected community member and repeat customer in such a unfair manner doesnt deserve community support. Not to mention he gets paid twice within a month for ONE piece of jewelry. This is one of those places u MUST get a written warranty from (especially for your stones) if u want to take a chance and purchase anything from them. read more

I walked in this amazing jewelry store on October 16th the day before my birthday with my boyfriend who wanted me to pick out my birthday present. We were attended by Ralph, Senior Sales Advisor. Ralph was/is excellent, knowledgeable, polite, respectful and overall a professional at his craft. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable about the piece of jewelry that my boyfriend was purchasing for my birthday present. Ralph is a magnificent sales person who goes above and beyond to make his customers feel comfortable and happy when they walk out of "Studio Jewelers." Millie, another employee at this jewelry is also awesome and so easy to talk too. Yoran the Manager is also magnificent and cool! One of the things that I must loved about the personal of "Studio Jewelers," was when they played "Happy Birthday," which for me was very touching and actually made me cry. Studio Jewelers at Bay Plaza Mall has beautiful pieces of jewelry with prices that you cannot refuse. Sincerely, Lourdes M. read more

This is the worst place to buy jewelry or repair jewelry. Whatever you do, don't open a credit card with them. Anything they sell, 99.99% guaranteed, will be defective. Missing diamonds. You you do return anything, you won't get your money back, only a store credit for something else. You will still have to pay the credit card company for the charge. This happened to me a few years ago. Don't let it happen to you. read more

While visiting a friend in New Rochelle, she asked me to come with her on a new earring search. After finding a few so-so jewelries around her area, we decided to drive to Studio Jewelers. As we walked into the store, we were greeted by one of the sales associates. I forgot her name but she was very nice and friendly from beginning to end. My friend disclosed her budget and the style of earrings she was looking for and after we saw a couple of options, my friend fell in love with a pair of yellow gold earrings which were also fairly priced. Overall this was a nice experience and my friend is very pleased with her new earrings. read more

Special ordered a $4500 chain and received a $2000 chain in error. The store has since then updated the computer system used to log purchases. Went back with my old paper receipt and explained the situation. Rafael, the Owner went above and beyond to review what happened, reached out to me personally, and invited me back to the store to resolve the error. It is rare to find such a stand up businessman, one who exudes old fashioned values in the way a business should be run and more importantly, how a customer should be treated. I highly recommend making your next jewelry purchase here if you're looking for a place that stands behind their work and offers a great value for your hard earned dollar. read more

Went in for a simple ring for my fiancé and paid over $100, which is not a bad price for an engagement ring. After several attempts at confirming what the ring would be made out of (Hint: real jewels and silver), they assured me that the ring would be perfect. However, what I got was a Crackerjack plastic ring from the bowels of China's novelty sweatshops. While the band was real, the pearl on the ring was plastic and made from China (which I found out thanks to my local neighborhood jeweler-who is replacing it with a real one for a really good price!). If you want to get an expensive plastic ring from China, then this is your place. read more

Great customer service! Qurbe was extremely helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I truly enjoyed my experience with the entire team.

Qurbe is so great! He's incredibly understanding. He gave me and my family such a great deal. For the price of one pair of earrings he gave two free piercing for me and my sister. The fact that you can modify your jewelry the way you want and pick it up the same day is also so convenient. He's a family man and it shows. I would recommend this place to anyone! read more

Wow! Im also shocked by the poor reviews and felt impelled to write a about some recent experiences of mine. I visited this place a couple times. The first time i went was a few weeks ago looking for gold earrings that were not too expensive. They were very helpful showing me the pieces and they had a very nice selection. Unfortunately i didn't find anything that fit the bill. The second time I went, once again they were very helpful, but my ears are gauged, turns out they are not easy to shop for. But their prices were good! and they even imparted with me a small gift of silver earrings to remember them by had I needed any jewelry done in the future. Nice people. They are located in the Bronx next to the Kmart with parking and only 15minutes from where I live in Queens. read more

Very comfortable and elegant. Once i walked into the room, i felt all the employees offering me help and honestly i felt as if i could speak to anyone about what i was looking for. I was interested in trading one of my bracelets and buying another bracelet. It was extremely beautiful the quality the gold had and i could tell by how heavy it was. I mean the prices are kinda high, but i think its so worth it. I ordered a bracelet because i just could not leave the store without knowing it was mine. Would recommend bracelets because that's what i always buy and i am a gold lover. read more

Everything was perfect my wife was very pleased. Looking forward to future purchases.

I purchased a gold and diamond bracelet from here for $1,300 finding out 6 months later that the diamonds was fake and that the bracelet was worth $200 when I returned to the store they said they sold me real diamonds and that I replaced it with fake ones I mean seriously I'm just so glad that I opened this account and was able to leave a review read more

Worst place ever! I bought a white gold diamond heart ring on June 5th the next day one of my diamonds fell out. I took it to get fixed and on the 10th another diamond came out. At this point I'm frustrated because diamonds shouldn't fall out of a ring that was never banged against anything nor mishandled in any type of way. They made all types of excuses as to why the diamonds were falling out. The guy who sold me the ring wouldn't even talk to me. Raphael is the one who is very helpful . They are going to put a different heart into the ring with no extra charge hopefully I won't have anymore problems with it. I've never had any problems with my local jeweler I will definitely stick with her from now on read more

Came today to get a anniversary gift for my girlfriend, and settled on a very nice necklace and pendant. Coming in I was not sure what I wanted, but through working with Ben (Sales), I got the perfect combination to give to her. Wide variety available, and took it home that day after spending about a half hour in the store. Now to wait the terrible two months to give it to her... Hope I can keep it a secret! I was in Studio Jewelers today looking for a watch for Father's Day. They had a wide selection of very reasonably priced watches. I had a brief education about the merits of a Swiss movement versus watches made elsewhere in the world. The salesperson never made me feel rushed or tried to "up-sell" me after I mentioned my price point. I picked a Movado watch that should be perfect for my father, who has a collection of watches that he rotates. I am very pleased with my experience at Studio Jewelers. I would certainly recommend them to my family and friends. read more
