I been going to Studio Glam Salon about 5 years and ever since they cut and color my hair looks so fabulous...all the staff's are so nice.. They greet you and make you feel so welcome and it's very clean salon... When they wash your hair and give you head massage it's so good and relaxing. Out of all the salons I have been this my favorite salon.... They really know what they are doing.. I went there because my hair was really damaged by another salon and they fixed my hair.. My hair stylist is Moon... He does fabulous job and he makes sure you feel comfortable... I remember I went to this fancy salon because I had gift certificate but I had worse experience.. They wasn't friendly plus after they put hair solution they didn't even check to see if I was ok.. She didn't even apologize.. When she was done with my hair I wasn't happy with the color or the hair cut.. So I made appointment with Studio Glam Salon with Moon and he fixed my hair they way I wanted.. They treated me like VIP person and my overall cost was less than my gift certificate that I got.. I have naturally thick dark brown hair. Typically, whenever I would visit other salons they would always charged me around $208. I've always explained to the stylist I wanted to be lighter & blonder. So at the urging of my sister to color my out grown roots I decided to go and try " her" place and get rid of my out grays. My sister asked her hair stylist since she was coming in to her appointment if they might by chance have an opening to do my root touch up too. Which she said sure we're able to fit your sister in. Parking is sufficient and the outside did not look like how you'd picture the inside. It's larger. This place is an average sized salon with 6 chair plus a room where they do waxing. And on that Saturday they buzzing with activity..but they were able to seat us almost immediately! I got to see Pat who clarified what I wanted done and proceeded to consult and went to mix my hair color formula. My root touch up did take considerably longer than I had anticipated because Pat wanted to blend the new touch up color to my old hair color. Needless to say it turned out very nice a little darker than I had expected but the blending Pat did was nice. Pat even went that extra mile to blow dry my hair and flat iron it. I looked and felt absolutely amazing! It was a little more expensive than I've paid at other Salons but coming here with everyone being Soo friendly and chatting with each other it also turned out to be a great Bonding and Relaxing time for my Sister and I! I came in with a really bad haircut and pretty awful hair actually, I had originally wanted a cut and highlights and what I loved most about Carmen is she isn't your average stylist who wants to make money regardless of how your hair is. She was really honest with me about my hair, we ended up doing a retouch relaxer and just trimming my hair instead of doing something drastic because it was really dry, and breaking.
