Customer service is such an important part of any beauty experience, especially when trust and long-term retention matter. Beyond the interaction, I ultimately had to get my eyebrows corrected elsewhere and ended up paying significantly more to fix them. In my opinion, the work was not as clean as I expected, particularly given the pricing. Considering the cost, I expected a higher level of service and professionalism.
