I just got my hair done for the first time since I went to savvy (almost a year ago), and my old reliable hairdresser informed me that savvy stylist fried some of my hair off thus causing a good amount breakage (I was put under heat in foils with bleach on my head for +30 min at my touch up appointment (2nd app) because my hair turned out so poorly the first time) the savvy stylist left big portions of hair out in areas that should have been highlighted, I asked her to complete those sections during my second appointment and she tried to gaslight me and said that my hair wasn't brown on the sides, and when that didn't work she pulled out the stone walling technique and said that it wasn't even an option, so I was left with brown in my hair on the sides of my head. See photos attached. I paid around $300 for a "full highlight" from savvy ( I wouldn't even say I got a partial highlight done with the work they did). The blonde specialist that I went to pulled out all the foils at the same time, which is a red flag in itself because it did not allow the front of my head to process at all, causing my hair to turn out patchy and brassy. Leading to my second appointment, asking for more blonde at the front of my head and she fried my hair off. And talked bad about me throughout that whole appointment acting like I wasn't sitting there. I am still deeply let down that I have to live with the mistakes the stylist made on my hair (frying it off) for many years to come. Thanks

Trina recently opened Aria Beauty Lounge to create a space where stylists could work together in a salon setting while still being independent business owners. The salon is absolutely gorgeous with a modern, minimalist decor. She thought through every detail of the salon with perfect stations that are elegant with storage and retail cabinets for each stylist, a shampoo bowl for each stylist and a comfortable waiting area. She also has three treatment rooms that provide a variety of services.
