None of the 2 workers sitting at the reception acknowledged me when I came into the office -'no good afternoon', 'hello' or 'welcome', literally as if I was air and wasn't visible. I proceeded to sign-in on a paper and sat there for over 8 minutes without really saying anything either. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were busy doing something else and didn't want to interrupt them if that was the case...however, shortly after, they started having casual personal conversations (mind you, they were NOT wearing their masks) which obviously got me a little irritated and uncomfortable too. Long story short, I said something about my appointment time and they finally checked me in. While I went in for my appointment (that lasted approx 2 hrs) my mother in law stayed in the lobby waiting for me and witnessed the receptionists not wearing their masks and clearly talking about clients coming in and leaving the office, which I found extremely disrespectful. Please teach your frontline employees to be more aware of what they discuss around others and the importance of wearing a mask during this times!

And we were immediately taken to the back to change and prepare for relaxation time! The whole experience from beginning to end was exactly what was needed! They begin with examining your scalp up close and personal. It was pretty cool to see your scalp treatment through a microscope ment for that exactly. After they lie you down in a whole body massage mechine. They start it and your body is being massaged they start to with your head. I had no idea what was going on but I was so relaxed I almost feel asleep. But I tried really hard not to because I snore . It went by fairly fast, of course when you are relaxed time flies. I definitely would go back. It was, like I said what I needed because life is a bummer. Now one thing I will do next time is take something to tame my hair for the after math. Like a brush and hair tie and a bit of gel or mousse because my hair looked like a lioness. That's the only thing. But other then that everything else was awesome! I'm looking forward to the next time.

My technician, Teresa, was amazing! She started by using a camera to scan my scalp, and I was shocked at how oily it was! After that, she had me change into a towel robe and guided me to a super comfortable station. She began with a relaxing head and neck massage, followed by a thorough hair wash. Then was my favorite part when she placed a hot towel over my eyes and the water halo over my hair. It was honestly one of the most relaxing sensations I've ever experienced! At the end, she blow-dried my hair and did another scalp scan, and the difference was night and day! My hair has never felt this clean, and I left feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time. I highly recommend Hera Pro if you're looking for a truly unique and rejuvenating experience!

Karli has a remarkable eye for facial harmony and a level of expertise that immediately puts you at ease. I work in the aesthetic industry and visit plastic surgery and dermatology offices regularly, so I've seen many practices but Nectar Aesthetics truly stands out. The office is elegant, welcoming, and filled with a team of genuinely warm, professional people who make every visit a pleasure. I've also trusted Karli with lip filler, typically opting for a half syringe for a very subtle enhancement. Her specialty is creating symmetry and refinement while maintaining a completely natural look. You never appear "overdone"--just refreshed, balanced, and like the best version of yourself. Karli is truly gifted with a needle and has the rare ability to restore a youthful, fresh appearance without compromising your natural features. You could not see a change I've gone to many other places where I was thrilled with the outcome and you definitely could see a difference here. It's way overpriced and you can't even tell you had it done. I decided to get my lips done for the first time for a vacation to California. My lips looked horrible during my whole vacation and then just fizzled out when I got home so that lasted three weeks but was looked awful and then was gone, but I was charged thousands. Very disappointed I would not recommend at all. Keep searching around. You'll find the right place and be very happy with the results.
