My first complaint was it took me six attempts to setup my appointment by phone the call dropped six times. When I was setting up my appointment I stated that I was new to the area while I was talking with the receptionist I checking to make sure the physical address that is listed was right . I was told there was no changed in the physical address . They are not and due to the lack of directions I was late 15 minutes. The stylist Had already filled my slot . The salon is said the only thing she could do for me is trim . Incompetency and the lack of giving good direction caused this ! My reason of getting a haircut is that I am going to my dad's funeral . directions should be better known and maybe the salon should give people a call when they say they are new to the area . The salon is in a dead zone so you cannot call when you're driving . It was due to their lack of informing me that they had moved informing me that they were in a dead zone so I would not be able to make the call should been the courtesy . It was definitely their fault !
