Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the following Saturday morning. I dropped off my car and took a walk to a nearby café to have breakfast while they worked on it. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. Steve and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you need PPF, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tint, check out my previous reviews and go with Elevance!

For starters this review does not reflect on the owner, Steve. However, the more I continue to see all the errors and defects on my vehicle the more dissatisfied I feel about the results. There are multiple areas crinkling and bunched up, even right after my wrap and more so now down the line. I've added some photos for reference but there are waaaay more I'm not posting that I'd like to count. My biggest issue that has been on my mind to this day is that my cars mileage increased 30 miles from when I initially dropped it off. I brought this issue up to Steve and he explained it's because they did my wheels, the body work, and test drove it but thirty miles is excessive in my opinion. One of his workers I feel definitely took my car for a joy ride and perhaps Steve is covering for them. The mileage doesn't bother me, it's the negligence, irresponsibility, and disrespect for my property of whoever drove my car. Again, Steve has been responsive since day one but his staff (who worked on my vehicle) on the other hand fell very short of the quality and expectations his shop seems to give out through their platforms. I feel like I was one in the hundreds of people who had a really bad job done. No one is perfect and I'm just that one mistake of a customer, unfortunately. All in all, zero stars for the wrap job and 3 stars for Steve's efforts and customer service and 4 stars for the body work and wheels. However, I would recommend to keep an eye on your odometer when you drop it off since it seems like his employees might have an inclination to have some fun when no one is looking or when the "test drive" is being done. I have a camera in my vehicle but when I checked it someone disconnected it almost immediately after dropping it off according to the time stamps. Little sus to me. Thank you, Steve for your kindness and doing your best to resolve each issues you may not have had your hands on directly but if I could truly resolve my dissatisfaction (especially for the money I paid) I'd prefer to redo my wrap in all the area it was defective.

I contacted them via email, and they provided me with a quote and with great communication about the products they offer. When you get your tints here, you get your choice of XPEL tints. I went with the XPEL XR ceramic films, which are top of class films that reflect a high percentage of infrared and UV light. (Note: they also have an XPEL XR PLUS film that offers even more superior light/heat reflection). The main thing is that this translates into cooler interiors during the summer. The team at Evo Studios was very detail oriented, they had excellent communication, they had fair pricing, and they use top-of-class XPEL products that come with a lifetime guarantee. In addition to tints, they also offer ceramic coating and paint protection films. After consideration, I did put PPF on my front headlights to protect them from the corrosion that happens naturally after a few years. Based on my experiences with Dan and his team, I'd definitely come back in the future for my needs.

At the appointment, Bradley was incredibly thoughtful - he listened closely to all the research I had done on products that met my requirements (maximizing privacy, enough light for plants, and heat rejection). He actually proposed a product that I was not aware of from Vista that met all our needs even better than any I had already found! Bradley measured up and sent out an estimate super quickly, and the price was great, especially for the premium Vista product. There was a slight hiccup when I discovered that the film he recommended might have a small amount of metal that might affect signal reception in the house (we live in an area with notoriously poor signal). Bradley instantly offered to do additional research with his distributor, and he got back to me the next day with additional information that put me at ease. Once we signed the proposal, we were scheduled for installation within a few days. The installation team couldn't have been nicer, more knowledgeable, neater, cleaner, or more efficient. The two of them took care of a large number of windows PLUS some extra windows with leftover film in less than 8 hours. Oh and they were great about making sure the front door was closed after they were told we have 3 cats - as a pet parent, this matters so much when you have work done in the house! We are thrilled with the result. No bubbles (even though we know they disappear as the film cures over multiple weeks) and we could feel the difference in heat transfer instantly. It's gonna be a much better summer because of the film. The privacy improvement is significant, and the plants are still getting plenty of light; having said that, I promised Bradley I'd come back to update this review with the results so that plant parents out there could feel comfortable about having options for film products. Was recommended by a family member to check out this place for a vehicle cleaning and tint for my Tacoma. Ended up going with a basic wash and interior cleaning and llumar irx on all windows and the clear air80 on my windshield. Very happy with the outcome, definitely worth the price as it was fair and came with a lifetime warranty. I got a couple other quotes and this was about the same price so with the friendly and fast service, I am glad I made the right choice.
