I asked for a quote for my vehicle and David was very informative about what they offer and the prices for each section. I wanted maximum heat rejection while being state compliant. I ended up with 80% LLumar on my windshield, 70% on the front windows, and 35% on the rear/rear windshield with XPEL XR Black. I know 80% is a niche level because most people want dark, but I am in LOVE with the crystal clear visuality and the heat rejection is amazing! I love the soft luxury, OEM+, crisp clarity post-tinting. I love how it is almost invisible in the sunlight and darker in the shade. The install was clean, there was hardly any bubbling - KUDOS to the installer! They get extra bonus points because the film around the housing on my windshield is clean. That place can be difficult for inexperienced installers because of the curvature. One thing I ought to note, although it's not their fault. I made an appointment at 9:00 AM and I was waiting, along with another person. I had no issues with it because the person before me wasn't sure on what they wanted.

I'll save you guys some time and will give you the cliff notes of what happened. I brought in my brand new Porsche to get the front two windows tinted to match the factory tint on the other windows. I spoke to Sam and everything was all fine. My windows got tinted. It was a rainy day so I took the keys went home, my husband inspected the tint and unfortunately there was damage to the pillars of my car windows because the technician used a torch gun and it melted the side panels. We immediately went back up to the store, explained to Sam what happened Sam immediately took accountability and responsibility for getting this resolved on the next business day. Sam offered to get our car fixed at a non-Porsche repair shop, which did not sit well with us, considering our car was brand new fresh off the lot and we didn't feel comfortable taking the car to a place that was not Porsche certified. They were recommending this option because of the labor price difference and I assume they wanted to try to cut cost for the repair. We shared that that was not acceptable and Sam did arrange for my car to get repaired at Porsche and worked with my service advisor to coordinate the drop off and repair of my vehicle. The whole ordeal took about two weeks, but my car did get fixed to our standards and Sam always led with wanting to do the right thing and I'm glad that we were able to get this resolved. So if you do decide to get your windows tinted here, please be sure to do a thorough inspection and I hope that my unfortunate experience will help prevent any future damage to anyone else's car. I'm still leaving four stars because the tint itself does look fine and Sam was fair to work with.

Other places seem to try to rip off people by short cutting and tints last maybe 2-3 years also they don't offer quote through online/phone, but their advertisements and shops look fantastic with less than average skills in tinting, it makes me feel like they are more interested in making money than getting better at what they do.

I had my wrap and tint done at Royalty Wraps and Tint three years ago, and from the start the…read moreexperience was disappointing. My car wasn't ready at the promised time, and worse, my side cameras were damaged during the process. The only reason that issue was addressed at all was because I caught it and insisted they fix it -- otherwise, they would have sent me home with broken equipment. That should have been my first warning sign. Now, 3 1/2 years later, I am paying the price for trusting them with my vehicle. I hired a different, far more professional shop to remove the wrap, and what they uncovered was appalling. My car had been saturated with an excessive amount of ProBond glue -- far beyond what would ever be considered acceptable. While ProBond can occasionally be used sparingly as a helper, the level used on my car was reckless and completely unprofessional. The result? Permanent paint damage and hundreds of dollars in additional charges for removal. The most disturbing part is that the worst damage came from areas that Royalty re-wrapped in 2023. My side mirrors had paint peel off entirely due to the glue overload, forcing me to now purchase brand new mirror caps out of pocket. The professional removing my wrap explained the situation clearly: "We've over-exceeded our hours due to the overuse of glue. That's why your side mirror paint broke off." They provided video and photographic evidence of the damage, which I am sharing to expose just how poorly this shop operates. This company's work is not just sloppy -- it's destructive. They cut corners, cover up mistakes, and have zero regard for the long-term impact on your car. What you think you're saving in time or money will cost you far more in the end when you have to pay someone else to undo their mess. Royalty Wraps and Tint is the definition of unprofessional and dishonest workmanship. If you care at all about your vehicle, avoid this place at all costs.
