I had paid for 2 acrylic manicures, 2 upgraded pedicures, 2 brow waxes and also tipped well. I was truly disappointed with their offer of resolution and lack of satisfactory customer service. They blamed the issue on the manufacturer and did not work with me on a satisfactory resolution. I had been a loyal customer for several years and shared that I will no longer patronize this salon as they did not value my business. Do not recommend because of this experience.

I was then taken to where i assumed I would get my nails done, only to be told that she (the nail lady) needed to pick up her daughter but she "would be quick." When the original nail lady finally came back she did such a shoddy job that I will not be coming back. I can deal with waiting... I can deal w shitty nails... but both? Come on. The nails are crooked and not at all even, one pinky nail is double the size of the other! I left the salon looking like they had been done a week ago (TONS of exposed nail visible around the acrylic), but by that point I had been there almost 2 hours and just wanted to gtfo.
