I live over an hour from this salon, so the 2nd visit was a true inconvenience and additional cost to me. My daughter was unable to come back. I asked how they would be able to compensate me/us and they offered a total of a $15 refund - the price of one color change, which was insulting. I had paid for 2 acrylic manicures, 2 upgraded pedicures, 2 brow waxes and also tipped well. I was truly disappointed with their offer of resolution and lack of satisfactory customer service. They blamed the issue on the manufacturer and did not work with me on a satisfactory resolution. I had been a loyal customer for several years and shared that I will no longer patronize this salon as they did not value my business. Do not recommend because of this experience.

This is ridiculous, taking advantage of children when they have cards. She got highlights (not even by a specialist by a employee who has been only working 2/3 years) I would've never let my child get her hair done here if I knew she was getting taken advantage of and being charged $180 dollars for color in her hair. I will never be back here or let my child go here again, my 19 year old daughter goes to a blonde specialist and doesn't have to pay over $130 with tip for heavy highlights.

I was then taken to where i assumed I would get my nails done, only to be told that she (the nail lady) needed to pick up her daughter but she "would be quick." I then waited in my seat for over an hour. No one offered to help, in fact one of the other nail ladies sat just two seats away from me eating soup and watching TV...?? When the original nail lady finally came back she did such a shoddy job that I will not be coming back. I can deal with waiting... I can deal w shitty nails... but both? Come on. The nails are crooked and not at all even, one pinky nail is double the size of the other! I left the salon looking like they had been done a week ago (TONS of exposed nail visible around the acrylic), but by that point I had been there almost 2 hours and just wanted to gtfo. Staff seemed to be aware of the terrible customer service but definitely did not care. Not at all satisfied. Extremely unsatisfied.
