Came to get a full set of acrylics, and was treated nicely and was in and out as quickly as possible given the amount of customers that were present. One specific lady that I have never had before did both mine and my friend's nails. My friend wanted something off of Pinterest, all white nails, and the word love in black on her middle two nails. The word came out terrible on both two nails, the black polish got mixed in with the white, and this lady did not fix it. The rest of her nails were okay. This same lady did mine, and they're pretty good. I got all black with my ring fingers white. Of course, after adding remover to the white polish, one nail came out streaky, but it's nothing I find significant enough to complain over, as I get my nails filled every two weeks. However, this lady glued the fake tip on three of my fingers crooked. After asking her if they'd be fixed, she said yes it would be when she filed them down. She goes to file, they're all fixed but one. I decided it was too crooked for me to let it go, so I asked if she could fix it once again. She did her best, and I just decided to let it go as like I said, it will only be two weeks until I have Annie fill them in. I walked out not very content with how she responded to my request, as it is my nails, and I had asked twice already. I've been going here for 4 almost 5 years, and I love the quality treatment from the main worker (and I'm assuming "owner" of this specific regal nails) named Annie. She's hilarious, she's talkative and gets to know you as a customer. If you are going to get your nails, or anything done here, call and make an appointment with Annie, otherwise you might be disappointed by the other workers, but definitely a place for mothers and daughters to go! read more
