I will never be back here or let my child go here again, my 19 year old daughter goes to a blonde specialist and doesn't have to pay over $130 with tip for heavy highlights.

I'm not one to ever leave reviews on here, but I don't want anyone to have the same situation. She ripped half my eyebrow off and made them ridiculously thin. She tiled the mirror at the end so I didn't quite see it until I got into my car. I was devastated.
