This location is right off a dual highway across the street from a Sheetz, with street parking and if desperation happens- you can always park in the Sheetz lot. I usually get the same haircut I have since 2009, #2 on the sides and scissors to the top with a slight fade in between. I think what sets Don apart is the conversation. Don is fresh with the town gossip, history of the area, and NEVER ceases to ask you about your day, what you've been up to lately or "what you doing today?" Truly a city staple and a part of the area that adds to the overall tapestry that makes it home.

I live over an hour from this salon, so the 2nd visit was a true inconvenience and additional cost to me. My daughter was unable to come back. I asked how they would be able to compensate me/us and they offered a total of a $15 refund - the price of one color change, which was insulting. I had paid for 2 acrylic manicures, 2 upgraded pedicures, 2 brow waxes and also tipped well. I was truly disappointed with their offer of resolution and lack of satisfactory customer service. They blamed the issue on the manufacturer and did not work with me on a satisfactory resolution. I had been a loyal customer for several years and shared that I will no longer patronize this salon as they did not value my business. Do not recommend because of this experience.

The seat does not face mirror so you dont know what he is doing (I should have known then). He did a fine job on the hair, then whippes out an electric cutter and shaves 3 inches! off the beard. He did not listen to a single thing I said to him... While cutting he mentioned that real estate was his focus and this was just a side job. And I would agree, no thought spent on what he was doing, no listening to what I asked for, just cut away. I was so shocked I did not say anything to him immediatly, could not believe what he had done. The office phone is not answered or allow you to leave a message, I have sent two emails requesting a refund, to no reply. It took months to grow, and he just cut it off. The experience and results were amazing. My formerly dull, problem skin is now glowing and looks at least 10 years younger! In the past I've wasted so much time and money on dermatologists, they just write an Rx and tell you to cleanse with cetaphil. This treatment has been a game changer for me. Three weeks on I'm still enjoying the results. The spa is a very tranquil, soothing environment, so easy to relax there! Marybeth was very knowledgeable about the Image Skincare products and very attentive to my needs throughout the facial. It was extremely effective without being painful at all. I loved the products in my post facial kit so much I returned to buy them full size. I highly, highly recommend Marybeth at Elements for facials and can't wait to schedule my next service!
