Most expensive and worst haircut I have ever had…read more First visit to only Barber in Keyser, June 6 at 6:00 pm. I gave the man very explicit instructions to just trim hair and beard. The seat does not face mirror so you dont know what he is doing (I should have known then). He did a fine job on the hair, then whippes out an electric cutter and shaves 3 inches! off the beard. He did not listen to a single thing I said to him... While cutting he mentioned that real estate was his focus and this was just a side job. And I would agree, no thought spent on what he was doing, no listening to what I asked for, just cut away. I was so shocked I did not say anything to him immediatly, could not believe what he had done. The office phone is not answered or allow you to leave a message, I have sent two emails requesting a refund, to no reply. It took months to grow, and he just cut it off. The only issue I had was and, this is me. I can't sleep with a fan going loudly I have PTSD and it kinda keeps me hyper anxious. My wife on the other hand love sleeping with the fan so she would think it was great and I'm sure some people would. that's you know for some people. That way the only issue I had and it's definitely not their fault. I understand that's how they call the rooms down I get it. It's an older building, but that was the only thing that was kind of difficult for me. Other than that I would stay there again just not in the hot weather once.

They changed the full amount for the room at the time of the reservation and said check in instructions would come by email. I never got the email. On the day I was to check in I arrived at the property and rang the doorbell. When nobody answered I called the number posted next to the doorbell. Every time I called the line just went dead without ringing. My wife and I tried 10 times from the property over an hour with the same dead line result. Now I've been on hold with the booking company they use for over an hour trying to get a refund due to breach of contract, but they can't contact the property owners either. The Wills Hotel is new, has secure bike storage, an excellent restaurant and wonderful service. Go there instead!
