She asks me if I want something different (I think it's called gel x? I'm not entirely sure.) I let her know I've had it done a few times prior and I'm not a fan and again, I politely declined. To make a long story long, she filed my nails paper thin, shaping wasn't great, dip powder all over my skin and one broke less than 24 hours later. It has been one week and two more of my nails broke yesterday. Safe to say, I'll never go back there again. Also, I still tipped her even being unsatisfied. I know we all have to make a living but be better and don't question your clients so much. They know what they want before they even come in.
