They offer various fitness and dance classes, and the instructors are great. I started first with attending ballet, since I had always wanted to try it, but very soon I realized that it was not my thing and I switched to salsa. Carlos Reyes, who is the owner of Mambo Revolution and a salsa/bachata/cha cha instructor, gives lessons there multiples times a week, and they are amazing! It would not be an exaggeration to say that I found my hobby! And they also have social events once a month. The thing which seemed inconvenient for me at Central Studio was that you need to buy a monthly pass and if you are out of town and can't attend some classes, then they "disappear". With Mambo Revolution it is different - you buy a pass for 4 classes and you can attend whenever you want. This is way more convenient for me with my busy way of live.

Reasons why I love the workout: 1. Treadmills / running are incorporated! I love to run but I hate when I have to chose either weights or running. I love Shred because it keeps both! 2. Minimal thought/ experience required. You don't have to wait for equipment or think about what your next set is going to consist of because they tell you what to do the entire time! Also, if you don't know how to do something- it doesn't matter- because your instructor shows you each move before they expect you to do it. Reason why I love this location specifically: The Instructors & Staff are just the best! I truly feel like I have made some great friends here and that all of the people in this location genuinely care about you. It's so nice that I can pick my classes to go with my favorite instructors or I can take one with someone that's not in my regular "schedule" and I still get the same amazing workout and attention. Overall, the gym is clean, safe, but most importantly fun! 100% would recommend to anyone of any experience level!

This may be one of the worst yoga experiences I've ever had. There are so many things wrong with…read morethis place. I bought an unlimited one month pass because I practice daily and am home for winter break from college. This is unfortunate because after my three terrible visits, I no longer ever want to step foot into this facility again. I was unfortunate enough to attend classes with Lynn and Chris. Lynn's classes were boring and redundant and even dangerous. At my first class with her, she asked around if anyone had any injuries, to which I have a stress fracture on my foot and several yogis had shoulder injuries. With this information she still made it a point to include intensive poses for one legged balance and shoulder stands. Why did she even ask if she wasn't going to change her class to fit our needs? I attended two classes with her in total, and every one of her classes are the same. Same poses, slightly different order. She also likes to spat out sanskrit without giving her students a clear indication as to what it could mean, which is just plain pretentious. Chris started off the class stating that in order to have a true practice, we must follow our flow the way we feel we should have it---that is, to form our unique practice. Whenever I diverged from whatever pose or sun salutation she wanted us to do and did my own variation for it, she would lash out and verbally draw attention to me (or other students who were also deviating), stating that I needed to do exactly as she said and not to "disrespect the sacred flow". I have had many, many more experienced instructors than her, and never had I had anyone do the exact same vinyasa nor force one onto their students. As far as hot yoga goes, Lynn doesn't even teach in a hot environment, and I would hardly call an 85 degree room "hot". If they want to advertise their yoga to be hot, it should be 100 degrees or hotter. The rooms are nicely decorated and painted for a soothing visual experience, however, the walls have sweat marks from students, and the floor in the "hot" room is carpeted which retains unpleasant odors. They offer complimentary hot tea, which is very nice, and their facility is tidy. Yogasource offers $1 mat and towel rentals. There is no indication that they sanitize their mats.
