Hair cut, pompadour, beard trim and fade, neck shaved with a straight edge blade!…read more Quality of service is spectacular. Customer service skills amazing Quality of equipment stunning Conversationalist for all people with both male and female Barbers You have never ever had an experience at a barbershop like this...they made me want to come back each and every time only to this barbershop, every time I have been in here. (PS I drive over 1 since we moved for this shop ) 11/10 or better every trip! They literally have the best reviews in all of Fort Worth. This place does not try to buy you off with free alcohol/or underdress lady's, gimmicks...to get you looking your best! they are who they are... and in as world full of the same status quo....They stand out by being true artist, faithful to just simply doing the best job, at a very fair and great price, and not bending a knee to society norm to fit in! This place is the definition of a Hidden GEM Tucked inside a Fiesta, grocery store in an enclosed room with at least three barber chairs and two barbers at all times that I've ever seen sometimes three or more! The decor, music, vibe, and classic fridge and RC cola and or others sodas says it all! DM if you been here and ever find better in Ft Worth! I love to see what perfection looks like twice!!!!!

I left a 5-star review a couple of years ago, talking about how kind and friendly Steve and his…read morewife Angel were. At one point, Steve even brought up the idea of me working for them, despite my background being in IT and the hospitality industry. I found it strange--why would I leave a stable, decent-salaried job for an hourly position in a field I had no experience in? Honestly, it came off as a bit desperate and didn't make much sense to me. One day, Steve wasn't in and Angel offered to cut my hair. Since I had always been happy with Steve's work, I thought, "Why not?" That turned out to be a mistake. The haircut was uneven, crooked, and just looked off. That's when I remembered Steve once mentioning that he had taught Angel how to cut hair herself--she never went to school for it. Suddenly, everything made sense. I texted Steve about the issue and didn't hear back. I followed up with photos, still no response. When I eventually called him, he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. Frustrated by the lack of accountability, I just hung up. At the time, I didn't want to make a fuss since I had already left a glowing review. But seeing that review now, I can't help but reflect: if I were in Steve's position and a long-time customer reached out with a concern, I would've at least acknowledged it and tried to make things right. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. So here's an honest update from a formerly happy customer.

Terrible experience. Terrible Stylist - I don't care how many years of experience you have, if you…read morelack patience and respect you lack all ability to work in the service industry, especially cosmetic as hair or face is the FIRST thing people see on a person. Started off with the my appointment scheduled for 4:30 starting at 5:00. I even came in early to try and avoid scheduling conflicts and allow them the time to prep for a 4:30 cut start. Alrwady starting late meant the stylist felt pressured to make my service quick and fast so he "can get on to the next client as fast as possible so [he] can feed his cats." That is totally disrespectful upfront and made me feel like there was no care for my cut, just another client so his cats can be fed instead of making his client feel welcomed and cared for. Second, when planning my cut, I explained to the Stylist I wanted a European Flow, and we made sure to describe no razor - all scissors. We went back and forth on length but apparently cleaning up around the year on a flow just meant cut everything in the back so it's short... the base of the WHOLE cut was to get a Flow, I grew my hair for 8 months so I can get this cut. There are a BOAT LOAD of examples of flow haircuts of all lengths and shapes, so regardless of making is a little bit shorter or longer on the side than the example I showed him, a flow means keeping the length especially on the back. Well he was visibly upset because I wanted a slightly shorter length around the ear to clean it up from looking scraggly. I immediately knew he was the wrong stylist to pick because his ONLY worry was working fast and getting me in and out so he can get paid enough for whatever financial stress he was in. After cutting all my hair around the back, I reiterated I did not want a short haircut but to now please fix the top so it meshes well with whatever he did in the back - I wanted a flow and didn't get that here so he tried to comp the cut. I was trying to be respectful and at least still pay the service since I took his time, and miscommunication happens both ways so I know somewhere it must also be my fault in some way I thought the least I could do is still pay for the time. His arrogance showed up again. Telling the front desk "no don't charge him he didn't want a short cut but it's what I gave him so comp" I told the lady to please just charge it so we can just move on and remain respectful but he "threatened" to call my parents since he believed he was "25 years older" and I should listen to my elders... ???? How is that even something that occurs in a service business. This stylist needs to be removed out of sheer disrespect for the clients and their time as well. I should have known from the start to step away but I needed a haircut for an event. Now it's too late but I hope people can learn from this. Avoid AARON from Floyd's in West 7th area of Fort Worth. Utterly disrespectful and rude and lacks decency around his clients.
