She paired me with Eileen for my trial, who was wonderful. Eileen listened to me patiently, made thoughtful suggestions, and created the exact look I went with on my wedding day. I felt like the best version of myself--elevated and polished, but still natural. She did an amazing job with my eyes (a big concern of mine) and found a way to make them look open and bright, which I loved. My bridesmaids were also thrilled with their makeup and we all felt beautiful and confident. On top of the artistry, Ashley runs her business like a pro. Everything from scheduling, contracts, and payments was seamless and electronic. She also goes the extra mile by posting on social media to celebrate her brides and sending a handwritten thank you note in the mail. She was easy to talk to and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. Sometimes you're looking for an expert, sometimes you're looking for someone you vibe with. Ashley was both. In addition to her amazing talent as a makeup artist, Ashley gave me recommendations for hair stylists and spray tans when I asked, created a whole day-of timeline for getting ready, had tons of tips for what was important and what was not, and became my stepdaughter's new best friend. :) Ashley was also transparent about a difficult situation she was in when I first inquired, and it never showed in her professionalism and preparedness. On the day, she took me aside for a moment to give me a chance to breathe - it felt like having a big sister there to calm you down. I was so appreciative of how thoughtful that moment was. If you book with Ashley, you will not regret it. She is an excellent communicator, is thorough and organized (without being overbearing), and I hope she is available to do makeup for me again in the future! Her associate was also fantastic - she had great energy and was checking in with Ashley to make sure they were on the same page. Usually no one does it right the first time but Chelsea did a great job. She was very nice and downs to earth, she even offered me coffee. The location and place looks great with a nice open space. Finding my wedding makeup artist was very tricky for me, I had trials with many artists. Then I found Nat!! She made me feel and look like a queen - straight out of a dream! All of my bridesmaids and all of the mothers still to this day can not stop raving about her work!! Most of them said they felt 10 times prettier at my wedding then they did on their own wedding day lol. I got pregnant shortly after my wedding and instantly booked her again for my maternity shoot. Today, I finally was able to visit Irma at her new location after making an appointment the week prior. I'm still sad she had to move her hair salon but happy to see her back to working her shears. I know the transition has not been easy, but for all those who are reoccurring clients, like I am, or new - Irma is renting a suite at My Salon Suites #202. No more walk-ins, so make sure to make an appointment in advance be that for a simple cut or color.

Which is totally fine, BUT at the bottom of the ad she wrote " *all photos in this page are truly part of my work in which I have participated and I have the right to uploaded to make publicity..." This is so deceiving and unprofessional, not to mention probably not legal! and to make things worse she put her own watermark on those photos of the other artist! I've found a different makeup artist for my event but I had to write this review for other customers to be aware of this.

The location of the place was sent to her on the day of for the trial late. They didn't describe specifically what building or place to go, just a street. They arrive late and have to set up, which took time coming from a wedding. KEYNOTE ( Don't complain that it took you several hours for just 3 people ), not a good image on you. They put certain products that are just not okay for the hair without permission, and the style fell out after an hour. I told my fiance she could literally do better job herself. Just knowing she paid for hair & make up for 140 to only receive the hair done, & not the makeup?? The lady who was doing her hair lol tells her oh you wanted make-up ?? I guess she forgot that she'd paid for it, and no refund or partial of the money was given back, but kept the full amount. At the end of the day, find someone better!
