Ann not only delivered but made some suggestions, like shorter layers and slightly less length off, that made a difference. I've honestly never gotten so many compliments on my usual haircut. And it's so low-maintenance, looking voluminous with my natural hair texture (and occasionally a 30-second blow dry to tame the bangs) after each hair wash. I should have asked the price when I arrived, my bad. I was charged a whopping $79, the most I have ever paid for a quick/simple cut. I asked to have my hair thinned and textured as my hair is extremely thick but she only "tip cut" the ends of my hair. It is so heavy it doesn't hold its style. My cut was no different than if I had it done by most $35 salons. I recommend you find out how much they are going to charge before you get in the chair and that they can provide the service your hair and style need. I always wear a pixie cut so this appointment was not a style change. I will need to get another cut to thin my hair so it will hold a style. Within half an hour of leaving the salon it totally had no style. I am totally disappointed with this appointment and outcome.
