I scheduled a hair and makeup appointment more than a month in advance for my nursing school graduation--an incredibly important milestone for me. I planned my entire day carefully and precisely to ensure everything ran smoothly and on time. While on my way to the appointment, I called to confirm, wanting to make sure everything was set for such a meaningful day. After multiple calls with no answer, I received a text just 30 minutes before my appointment. The message was addressed to the wrong person and stated that my appointment had been canceled. At first, I genuinely thought it was a scam. Unfortunately, it wasn't. Because of the extremely short notice and lack of communication, I was forced to scramble at the last minute. Despite planning meticulously, I arrived late to my graduation and nearly missed the opportunity to walk across the stage. I was only notified of the cancellation because I called to confirm; there was no proactive outreach from the company. Very little professionalism, accountability, or genuine remorse was shown. The stress and disappointment caused on such an important day were completely avoidable. I can only imagine how devastating this would be if it were for an event such as a wedding. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against booking with this company.

So many great reviews I had to reach out. Best perk, I only had to drive to one place to get pampered before pictures. When I connected with Tiffany she was pleasant, responded quickly and answered all my questions. I was able to pay a deposit over venmo and got booked with Sarah & Yazmin. A tad pricey, but you get what you pay for! Day of service was nothing but smooth sailing. I made sure I was prepared with a few pictures of what look I was going for and both artist were able to have me taken care of in 2 hours. Plenty of time to relax before pictures. I paid for a two hour service and only 1.15 hours was spent on the procedure . I was scheduled to have a SMP procedure done on some scarring on my head . I showed up on time to my appointment. Unfortunately Philip was not ready and we didn't even end up starting until over 30 minutes later. I didn't think it was a big deal because I figured he would just make up the time and take care of me. Not only did he not make up the time but he proceeded to quit 15 minutes early. Furthermore, the time that he did spend on the procedure was extremely sparse and was not what was agreed upon.Most of his time spent was chatting and second-guessing himself. When I asked about the second appointment and told him that I was not satisfied with the time taken on my procedure he got extremely defensive and would not own the fact that he did not manage his time very well or finish the procedure properly.I was very disappointed in the money that I spent on the SMP procedure here and would not recommend bombshells for any business.
