When I spoke to him the other day he gave me an estimate on the work (a very reasonable price) and after dropping it off and him looking at it the rate was just as he expected and I added an oil change. My tires were low I had been planning on going to the gas station after but they were filling my tires as I pulled up. I first called to confirm that they would work on hybrid vehicles (not all shops will). They said yes, so I had the car towed there. They quickly diagnosed the issue--a missing water-pump belt and a frayed serpentine belt that also needed to be replaced--and had me back on the road in approximately a day. I'm very grateful for this shop. They didn't attempt to upsell me or take advantage of the fact that I was an out-of-state customer with a broken-down car. The stereotypical experience of "be prepared with a wheelbarrow of money if you break down out of state" definitely did not apply here. While the repair wasn't cheap (what car repair is?), I felt the price was fair, and I was very happy to be back on my way home so quickly. I definitely recommend this shop if you need work done on your vehicle.

I called that day and left a message for Brian. No one called me back. I work 12 hours a day so I was unable to bring it back that day. I called again the next day got nothing so I took it back there. When I described what was going on speaking to Brian and that I almost wrecked in my Jeep I got well I can't get you in until Monday. You can leave it here if you want. Couldn't careless. Come to find out this man is the owner of the business! At this time I was not aware of the seriousness of the problem. I then took it to a friend who discovered by bending over and looking at the rear end of my Jeep they didn't bolt up the rear track bar!!!! Took it to Jeep which took ten mins to fix which btw were way busier than this shop was but were able to get me right in because of the seriousness of this mistake! When I went back to discuss the problem with the shop I spoke to Richie who was the mechanic to put the lift on. I showed him the picture of the missing bolt and basically all I got back was attitude no apology. I explained to him I understand things happen we're human we all make mistakes that I was more upset about the way it was handled when I brought my jeep back. Brian then steps in on the conversation and instead of apologizing for the way he handled this I got more attitude. At this point I'm livid they then try to blame me for not leaving my jeep there when I stopped in the first time. Telling me he instructed me to leave it there over the weekend which he did not. They both then tried to say well if your car broke down you would of had to leave it. Really!? His excuse for not looking at it when I brought it back was it was quitting time .... he works six days a week ..... Refused to give me any money back or an apology. When I explain to them that if I would've wrecked it would've had a lawsuit on their hands Brian tells me no I wouldn't. They offered to pay what Jeep charged me to put the bolt in after I told them I wanted money back. Richie reaches into his wallet and hands me ten dollars.
