Their prices are higher than what you would pay at a lot that just gets cars from the auction and turns them over for a profit. Now, the business model that Workman follows is not for everyone. If you are looking for a bargain price, go elsewhere. However, if you want to get a car that has been completely gone over and ready to go, I think the price is fair considering the services are included in the price. These folks are fair and honest.

DO NOT recommend dealing with the service people here!…read more Very concerned and uncomfortable about my recent visit to your service counter. When I returned to pick up my car, I was unexpectedly presented by Kelly with a maintenance charge of over $200. I requested verification, as I have a valid prepaid maintenance plan ($960 for 3 years/5 services). Despite my request, KB did not review the plan initially, got occupied here and there just to delay time, and brought the charge back again without clarification. Only after I insisted a third time and showed my electronic proof on my phone did they confirm I owed nothing. KB simply took the charging doc away from me, said to Kelly "Give her the Key", said nothing to me? And that's your attitude? Did I owe you anything? Excuse you??? This experience left me feeling that customer service and respect are not being prioritized. Throughout the interaction, there was a noticeable lack of courtesy or apology or explanation from the staff involved. KB even commented that someone was "putting strain on him," which I found highly unprofessional and ridiculous. My only suggestion is to step out from your position. For two years suffer with the "who cares" face for maintenance and now it's the end.

Well I live in the DC Metro area and needless to say car prices are high and most dealers have "added" charges that can raise the price of the car as much as a thousand dollars or more. I discovered a 300 at Frey Dodge in Lewistown Pa! 160 miles away. Amid the Covid 19 crisis I began corresponding with Roberta (Bobby) at the dealership via email. She was very responsive and accommodating, since I had "many" questions about the car along with request for photo's trying to make sure I wasn't wasting my time traveling 160 miles. The dealership was able to make me feel confident that the car was worth the trip and purchase and even negotiated on the price. So, 160 miles later, I met Bobby, who was professional, polite and friendly. I purchased the car and was done with the transaction in 30 mins. As I was walking out of the door the owner came out and thanked me for the purchase and trusting them with such a long drive. Never thought I would drive so far to purchase a car, but, I will look to Frey Motors again even if it is 160 miles away. Great Place to purchase a car.

If you're looking for a refreshing car buying experience with no pressure, Lion Country Kia is your huckleberry. I dealt with both Tyler, the sales manager, and Justin, salesman, to purchase a 2025 Kia Sportage. They made this the most pleasant and easy purchase I could imagine. Tyler went out of his way to get me some accessories and work with me on the price. The car I test drove was sold, so they brought in the same vehicle (with a few more extras!) from Williamsport and gave me the same price I agreed to, even though that car was a little more expensive. Both gentlemen are kind, honest and fun to work with. Justin even made the sign-forms-until-your-hand-hurts part enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership and will go back when I need a new vehicle.

I attempted to explain that I am traveling amd simply want someone to check the fluids. NOPE, can't do it! A gentleman from the parts window came over and stated that it would be a one or two hour job just to check the fluid. And of course they couldn't do it without an appointment.
