Stop by on a weekday evening and there is no line. Besides the great prices, there really is a nice selection. Sometimes, I have issues with buying footwear because it might not look right for me. After having…read morebrought working shoes with a steel toe, I ended up returning them the next day because it is a bit too heavy with assurance from my mother to help me find the right shoes for me. With my parents, I went shopping at the Palisades Mall at DSW to buy working shoes for my two jobs. I looked around various brands before finding a pair of Skechers shoes with anti-slip soles. I showed them to my parents before they found me another pair from the same brand with material that allows air to circulate around my toes during the summer. All despite my reservations because as a cart attendant in one job and a concession worker in another, I run the respective risks of having my toes run over by the carts I prepare and hot liquid splashing on my feet. Nevertheless, I took the shoes as appreciation for the love my parents gave me and went to the cashier to pay for the shoes so my family and I can go to the food court for lunch. What I like about the store is because there are more options to select from the variety of shoes than in other places such as Famous Footwear and Payless. On the other hand, finding the shoes can be daunting and you'll probably have a difficult time finding a particular shoe in the right size you wear. It wouldn't matter cause there are so many options to choose from.

Came through when I needed them…read more Long story as short as possible - I had went to one of their other locations to pick up something for my son, but they didn't have it there. They ended up having it here and agreed to hold it for me to come the next day (it was also the last one they had). So I ended up here. I've never been to a Men's Wearhouse before and was now in my second one in less than 24 hours - and just like the other location, I was impressed overall with the neatness, selections, and the friendly employees. I can't say enough how friendly everyone was here and that certainly does go a long way. I found the jacket that they held for me and my son was happy to have gotten the jacket he wanted. I was appreciative they held it. Located in Rockland Plaza, there is more than enough parking spaces in the large lot. While I don't live in the immediate area, I'd definitely come here again.

I layed out my outfit, and together we found four different pairs of heels that matched perfectly, and eventually narrowed it down to the best pair. I don't know what I would've done without their help, as my boyfriend's; "They all look good." was going to make me have an emotional breakdown. All in all, the outfit came out perfect, and I ended up buying another pair of shoes, because they had a Buy 1 get the 2nd pair 70% off. The store advised me that the shoes could be shipped to my home in Colorado because I didn't have room in my carry-on to fit them. I received the shoes and I was shipped a left shoe (size 11) and right shoe (size 10). I called 1888smadden and I was advised that only the store can help me. I called the store. The store advised me that they needed to call another store and that they would call me back later that day. I didn't receive a call back. I waited four days then I called the store back. Before I could even explain what I needed I was put on hold...for 15 minutes. I called the next day. The person on the phone said they couldn't hear me and told me they were putting me on hold...again 10 mins, which was as long as I could wait. I called again today and the same thing happened. I started to explain my situation and I was rudely put on hold and I waited for 18 minutes this time, just to see how long it would last. I called the store back and no one answered, I did that twice. I'm so disappointed with the service I'm receiving. That day I spend about $400 on shoes in their store, so the store should be able to hire associates that can provide service their clientele would expect...basic customer service. I do not think the associates of this store should have patrons spending $400 at their store if they cannot provide the service that should go along with it. Service is a lot of the reason why people return to a specific retailer and this store needs to understand that. DON'T TAKE THE STORE UP ON THEIR SHIPPING OPTIONS IF THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR SHOE. GO TO ANOTHER STORE TO GET THEM!
