My favorite parts were that she was there when she said she would be (even though my cab made me a little late), the shop wasn't loud with the tv or music blaring and she wasn't yelling on the phone like you often get in hairbraiding shops, her pricing is good and I don't have the headache I usually have with getting my hair braided/twisted. I saw little old ladies coming in to look at the other merchandise and Kathy somehow gave them attention while not neglecting my hair. Felt very stuck up and judged. We had traveled an hour to get there and my clothes were barely looked at (multiple designer clothes new with tag items). First time I've been made to feel embarrassed in quite some time. I have purchased high end items there in the past, will never step foot in there again.
